Das Hotel liegt in einem Büroviertel ist daher ruhig aber doch zentral gelegen .Der Bahnhof Snow Hill liegt genau gegen über .Mit der Bushalte Stelle Direkt vorm Hotel fährt man direkt zum Villa Park ( Stadion von Aston Villa )

The hotel has a good location, about a ten-minute walk to the center area, making it quite convenient for getting around. However, the cleanliness needs improvement—the sofa in the room was noticeably dirty, which made the stay less comfortable. Considering the price, the value for money is still decent. If you don’t have particularly high expectations for cleanliness and facilities, it could be a reasonable option.

The check-in was easy & efficient, as it took few minutes. Location was walkable to Birmingham New Street Station. It was in quiet location just opposite to Snow Hill One & Two. Price was very reasonable. As usual, room was clean & tidy. Free breakfast was good, but bit busy. I lost my right earbud airpod on bed. I called & recovered it the same day. Great service!

Well located hotel, nice cozy room and great breakfast from 8:30am, every morning. Fast check in and check out. Easy walk from Birmingham New Street railway station and main centre.

I would definitely recommend to anyone, friendly staff and good location, in the heart of Birmingham, its cool

Great location and the staff of front desk is very friendly, helpful and smart. I requested 2 more pillows for my kids, and once the front desk's staff realized that there were no more spare pillows at front desk, he advised me that he would get the pillows from the unoccupied guestrooms and asked me to wait at the room. Great service and thoughtful.

Could not fault anything. Location was brilliant close to Snow Hill and New Street Stations. Would certainly stay there again.

Adequate bed and breakfast although bed could have been wider and less firm and more variety for breakfast.

Cleanliness can be improved as there are stains on bedsheets. Computer system does not seem updated as I was asked to make payment again. I have to contact Trip.com customer service and luckily this was sorted in 30 mins.

Location of this hotel is very convenient a 4 mins walk from Snow Hill station. But the overall cleanliness and quality of like the toilet, doors and bed could be better as they were broken.
