Einen Abend da war er Die Türen waren verriegelt und der Eingang ist auf der Rücktür Du nimmt eine Dusche und es gibt ja ein Shampoo! Und die zweite Flasche, die du denkst, ist Körperwasch... keine Körper Creme! Nun, du bist bereits in der Dusche! Nach der Dusche willst du deine Zähne richtig zu schütteln? - Wahrscheinlich. Es gibt keine solchen Zahnbürste oder Zahnpasta, gut ... nachdem Sie überall sehen Sie einen Stick in der Badezimmer in kleiner Schrift, die sagt, es braucht irgendwelche Toiletten wie Zahnbürste Dusche Cup ... Sie sollten zum Vordertisch gehen und fragen, was Du brauchst es! Also bin ich nackt gerade aus der Dusche kam schon verrückt, weil ich nicht den Körper waschen konnte... Und jetzt muss ich nach unten auf den Nackten Front Desk gehen, um den Zahnbürste zu bekommen? Vergiss dieses schlechte Servicehotel.

Das Hotel war sauber und in einer tollen Lage, weil ich in Birmingham war. Es war nahe dem Veranstaltungstreffen, an dem ich teilnahm. Der Tauch in meinem Zimmer hatte einen Stopp, der das Wasser nicht entkommen konnte, als ich es nicht wollte, im Tau zu sammeln, während Aktivitäten wie die Bürste und das Waschen meines Gesichts. Das Wasser war auch kalt und dauerte zu lange, bis es noch ein bisschen heiß war. Es war nicht einmal Lukewarm. Deshalb habe ich mich geprüft und konnte nicht duschen. Mein Sohn hat in der Tat eine kalte Dusche an einem kalten Tag, einer der kaltesten, die wir in Alabama in einer Weile hatten. Ich wurde auch durch eine Notbotschaft und Alarm aufwacht, um das Gebäude aufgrund einer Notlage zu leeren, nur um später zu erfahren, dass es ein Test war. Ich erfuhr das, als der Feuerwagen kam und ich hörte einen Mitarbeiter entschuldigen, dass er sie nicht dazu aufgerufen hatte, ihnen zu sagen, dass es nur ein Test war. Ich blieb nur übernachtet, so dass es keine andere Gelegenheit gab, einen besseren Eindruck zu erlangen. Der einzige Grund, warum ich für die Anlagen nicht niedriger bewertet habe, ist, weil ich das Problem mit der Dusche und dem Tauchen berichtet habe, sie einen freundlichen Mann ins Zimmer schickten, um die Reparaturen zu machen, Aber mein Sohn hatte schon eine kalte Dusche, da wir zu Hause gekommen waren, um früher geplante Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen. Die Mitarbeiterin, die mich auscheckte, sagte, dass sie nichts für mich tun konnte, weil ich durch eine dritte Partei gebucht habe. Sie sagte jedoch, dass sie das Geld zurückzahlen würde, das ich für den Parkplatz gezahlt habe.

Barbara der Bartender war absolut erstaunlich! Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben oder nur noch für die Bar lol kommen. Sie war so freundlich und kümmerte sich um sie hatte so viel Geduld, sie dauerte ihre Zeit mit mir, weil ich nicht wusste, was ich wollte. Sie machte die besten Getränke. Sehr empfehlenswert für den Aufenthalt und definitiv die Bar.

Below average hotel. Checked in. Hall-ways smelled like paint. The head boards had been removed and the holes where the screws were removed were not filled with drywall putty. Room did not have bar soap or shampoo. Had to go to front desk. Room smelled. They need to use o-zone to clean up room. Painting was done poorly between ceiling and wall. Took a shower next morning and tub did not drain. Reported to front desk and it was fixed. Went to fill ice. Machines on the ice were all empty. Management should purchase ice for Talladegha weekend. Real nice lobby.

Please ensure to check your bill - I had a stay from 6/19-6/21 but did not arrive until just past midnight on 6/20. However, the staff allowed someone to charge $74.13 worth of liquor charges to my room (which included a $20 tip). When I received the bill via email - I immediately tried to call but their phone systems were down throughout the weekend. I was finally able to reach the adjoining Home 2 Suites and was told “they were having all sorts of issues with billing and even checking people out” and I was told my bill would be corrected. This was after I opened a case with Hilton Honors. I was NEVER contacted by Hilton nor the property by Monday, so I called the property back. I explained the situation and was told they pulled the receipts that had “my signature” on them and that they had contacted me and closed the case already. After informing them that was impossible and that they needed to view their security footage - I was transferred to accounting - who obviously didn’t answer their phone. I am now back on the phone with Hilton trying to get this resolved- someone is not doing their job(s) at the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Birmingham to safeguard your personal information. I will not be back

Das war ein toller Ort, um zu bleiben, der in der Stadt Birmingham und in der Nähe des Kinderkrankenhauses war, wo wir gehen mussten. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett war etwas zu weich, aber das Zimmer war großartig anders als das. Das warme Frühstück war auch großartig und hatte mehrere Optionen. Wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!

Return visit as it was a great experience last time we were in Birmingham. Every detail is thought of to make for a comfortable stay. Quiet, tasteful, clean and fun rooms to experience. Love this updated century-old home of many cool rooms. Stocked like a hotel. Even bathrobes and hair driers. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and places to drink. Found some live music within blocks. So many things to do in lovely Birmingham. Highly recommend the Civil Rights Trail for sure. Parking is on site and free.
