Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Peaceful place.

Superbe eco-resort au calme et à l’abbri des grands axes touristiques. Sehr schöner Strand de sable blanc très propre et bien entretenu. Possibilité de faire plein d’activités sur place à des prix raisonnables tels que yoga, paddle, vélo, massages. Nur Bemol für uns, die Qualität der Lebensmittel im Restaurant und ein wenig leichtes Frühstück. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Wir haben mit unserer Familie im Kawaland glamping Resort für 3D, 2N geblieben. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Das Personal war ehrlich, hart arbeitend, freundlich und freundlich mit allen unseren Bedürfnissen. Das Personal im Restaurant war freundlich und erzählte uns über die indonesische Küche. Alles, was wir im Restaurant versuchten, war gut! Die glamourösen Zimmer waren komfortabel mit geräumigen Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern. Der Strand war nur einen Spaziergang vom Resort & es war sauber und schön. Sie hatten auch Schwimmbad. Wir hatten auch eine gute Erfahrung mit der Verwendung des BBQ-Pit mit Hilfe des Personals. Wir konnten auch die Filmnacht mit dem Projektor in der Strandbar versuchen. Ein Bereich, der verbessert werden könnte, ist: Während warmes Wetter, die Dachpaneele und das Zimmerinterieur ziemlich heiß. Die AC allein war nicht ausreichend. Daher kann es auch eine andere Lösung brauchen, um das Zimmer komfortabel zu halten. Andernfalls hatten wir einen kalten, glücklichen Urlaub im Resort! Wir würden es definitiv an alle empfehlen.

Very quiet and cozy environment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is far from everywhere. 1 hour from tanjung Pinang, 1 and half hour from Lagoi. Limited choices for food available around the vicinity and limited option of food available in the villa.

Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower.

The hotel is surrounded by nature. You can view a river from your room. Such a healing process.

The place was what I was going for just to relax by the water (sea) and not crowded because it's not a big place. Definitely not for big groups. The staffs were very friendly Lun, Tika and the others. The Chef (Chef Betty) was very creative and made an effort to create dishes for someone who is not able to have anything gluten. I did not asked but it was all her initiatives. It made you feel welcomed. The service was top notch! Kudos to all!!!

Great place to relax, very clean. Very nice staff and food is very good. The beach is very nice also
