Royal Holiday Beach Resort

Very well kept and managed resort. Staff were exceptional. There was absolutely nothing missing or broken. Will return in the future.

We love this small resort. Convenient location. Excellent pool amenities at Treasure Bay. Safe & clean. Supplies are plentiful. All correspondence with staff answered promptly with text messaging. We first stayed here in May 2000 & were happily surprised with the upkeep during the past 24 years. Great job! We will definitely be back.

We were given a room with one Queen bed for two large adults. I had talked with the front desk twice with no mention of one Queen size bed in this room. We checked in and were told no King or double beds were available on first floor. Unfortunately being on an austerity program Queen size beds were supplied when rooms were refurbished. We talked with management and checked out. The toilet leaked around the base keeping the area wet and unsanitary. The facility supplies only one each toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, 1/4 kitchen sponge, 1/4 cup dishwasher liquid and two sample size hand soap. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. We were not forewarned to bring extra supplies as most all facilities supply these necessities.

Best condo, location, friendliest staff and management. The unit was very clean with cold AC! The pool was awesome too! I WILL be back!

not sure in which unit the other reviews stayed but ours was dirty and very old the pots, pans and utensil were caked with dried food so was the dish washer the ac/heat closet had mold and the filters had not been changed for 1.5 yrs very noisy at night unvited people knocking on our door at 2 am the ocean water was filthy. The only good thing was the casino and the restaurant Shaggy would not go back if it was FREE

Extremely satisfied with the resort. Staff extremely friendly and made some good suggestions for restaruants. Seafood was exceptional at all places we ate: Half Shell Oyster House - best. Shaggy's Flamingo Landing and Captain Al's were all very good.This was the first time I had Royal Red shrimp - OMG so delicious, They really taste similar to lobster. The shrimp boat tour wss fun. The dolphin tour was ok. Of course we did have fujn at all the different casinos. The first week of May was great timing. Not too hot and not too crowded.
