Die Lage ist gut, aber es ist ein einfaches Hotel. Wenn Sie planen, das Kunstmuseum Bilbao oder das Guggenheim-Museum zu besuchen, ist es in Ordnung.

Чудесный отель и очень друдественный персонал..Приехав задолго до check-in мы смогли сходить в душ и привести себя в порядок после дороги и сразу отправились исследовать чудесный Бильбао!Музей Гугненхайма просто в пешей доступности.. Приятнеейшие завтраки и вкусный кофе!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno buffet está bien.

Fue bueno pero por ejemplo tenían el parking lleno al auto lo tuvimos que dejar en la calle. En varios oportunidades al usar el baño había olor a cloacas. El personal excelente los colchones 10 puntos la ubicación excepcional el barrio muy bueno

L'hôtel est bien, p'tit déj très copieux mais les gens qui y viennent, sont très bruyants.... lorsqu'ils intègrent leur chambre la nuit, ne peuvent pas s'empêcher de faire du bruit... c'est irrespectueux pour les autres.

Direkt an der Zubizuri Brücke gelegen bietet das Hotel eine sehr gute Ausgangslage, um Bilbao zu entdecken. Sowohl die Altstadt als auch das Guggenheim Museum sind lediglich zehn Minuten zur Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer war für meinen Eindruck überraschend groß und sogar mit einem Balkon. Ein kleiner Pluspunkt wäre natürlich eine kleine Minibar im Zimmer gewesen, dies hat leider gefehlt. Das Frühstück war für die Hotelklasse angemessen und wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Sowohl die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir kamen eines Abends zum Abendessen vorbei, nachdem wir durch die Altstadt geschlendert waren. Das Restaurant war nicht voll, aber es schien nur ein Mitarbeiter da zu sein, der alle bediente. Es sah so aus, als ob man hereinkommen und sich seine Getränke selbst holen musste, wenn man draußen saß. Ich wollte nur einen Snack, aber mein Mann wollte eine Hauptmahlzeit. Er hatte Lachs mit Paprika und ich hatte Kroketten. Er musste die meisten von meinen essen, da 12 zu viele waren. Sie waren aber lecker. Das Essen war gut und gut zubereitet.

Das Hotelzimmer war schön, wenn auch etwas klein. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war wirklich hilfsbereit, und insgesamt war die Erfahrung großartig. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur 10 Gehminuten von der Altstadt und dem Guggenheim und 20 Gehminuten von San Mames entfernt. Sie können Guggenheim-Tickets auch an der Rezeption zu einem günstigeren Preis als den regulären Eintrittspreis kaufen. Zwei Dinge waren etwas enttäuschend: Es gab keinen Minikühlschrank im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer war sehr schwach. Das war kein großes Problem, da es nicht heiß war, als ich Bilbao besuchte, aber im Hochsommer könnte es ein Problem sein.

Good hotel in a great location, ten minutes walk from the Old Town, but with great transport links via Tram over the Zubizurri bridge.

This is great location for exploring Bilbao. We booked directly with the hotel. The reception team are fantastic and provide a 5 star service. House keeping is excellent - the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel was a high standard. We booked two rooms - a double superior with balcony and a double for single use. Both had walk in showers. The balcony was large enough to sit on with a side view of the river. The superior was comfortable with enough room but the single use interior room felt rather sombre. The rooms could use a refresh and a chest of drawers but this did not affect our enjoyment and the beds are very comfortable. It is quiet at night and the area around the hotel is peaceful and feels very safe. The funicular is not far and the local bars are really good. Extra praise to the reception team who help us get the most of our trip. Breakfast needs some improvement. The coffee is not good but there is plenty to eat and the scrambled eggs are delicious.

Great location and nice facilities. The rooms with balcony are very nice. The internal room are more fucntional but still fine. Lovely breakfast. The reception staff are absolutely first class - could not be more helpful especially the Lady hotel manager

What can I say about this hotel. You will never ever find a more friendly service and genuinely nice staff to help when you have a problem. We ran into a little trouble and the staff went out of their way to help us, with a friendly smile. This hotel may only say 3 star, but I would 💯 give a 5 star. The owners should be very proud of their choice of staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 bravo 🤩

Only fault .. whilst the rooms are no smoking room - our room Smelt of cigarette smoke that was extremely overpowering. Elsewhere very clean and good size room, Hotel very friendly with bar and restaurant . Situated within walks of old town, Guggenheim. Underground parking.

Surely a great choice in Bilbao! It’s super central, just by the river Nervion and the Guggenheim. The room was comfortable, all the staff very kind, and they even stored our bags after check out for no extra charge. I felt warmly welcome and will return when in this pleasant city! 🙏
