Generell scheint die Marriott Gruppe in Indien keine Empfehlung mehr zu sein. Eine Ausnahme ist noch das St. Regis in Mumbai, in das wir gerne gehen. Zweites Marriott Hotel innerhalb einer Woche und ähnliche Probleme. Das Zimmer sieht abgewohnt aus, die Klimaanlage kühlt auch nach einer Stunde den Raum nicht runter, es gibt keine englischsprachigen Kanäle auf dem Fernseher (die sollen jetzt freigeschaltet werden). Es ist schade, was aus dem Marriott geworden ist. Dabei sollte *** wissen, dass das Marriott angibt ein 5 Sterne Haus zu sein. Das ist es nicht. Auch in diesem Haus muss mal wieder investiert werden.

Loved today's dinner at Mariott...Food was fresh, with loads of options in salad items to begin with...in short excellent as always. This was our second visit and definately not the last. Love the ambiance, feel at home vibe.... Excellent service by the hospitality team especially would love to mention Abhinandan and Biswas for their keen eyes on every detail..keep up the great work guys!!

Worst hospitality I had ever experienced during any hotel stay. Rooms and amenities are not maintained. AC was not working during my stay. Lastly they provided pedestal fan for for cooling. Over all I would not recommend it for any type of stay

"Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly specially Julita,Nl Ankush team and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "
