I had an amazing experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were pure luxury - immaculately clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and the little touches truly made a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and relax. The hotel's ambiance was soothing, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The outstanding service and the genuine hospitality of the staff made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I can't praise them enough for their professionalism and attentiveness. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful experience. Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und mit kleinen Pflegemitteln, besonderer Hinweis für Ahmadou! Das Frühstück ist sehr unterschiedlich zwischen Zucker und Salz, ich habe die Maschine für frisches Orangensaft geliebt, und die Baskenkochen gemacht zu Hause. Ruhig und effizient und sauber. Ich empfehle und danke dem Hotel für ihre Sympathie.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am wunderbaren strand miramar. Die schöne lage vereint mit viel komfort und sehr gutem room service menu haben einen sehr schönen aufenthalt ergeben. besonders möchte ich danken dass John uns immer das auto geparkt und geholt hat, immer mit grosser hilfsbereitschaft und freundlichkeit. Ebenfalls besonders ist Claude der Chefconcierge; es gibt kein Problem dass er nicht löst. Man könnte einen Film hier im Hotel drehen, der Empfang und die freundlichkeit könnten nicht besser sein. Ich komme gerne wieder, die Zimmer sind übrigens schön gross und der blick aufs meer vom balkon aus tagsüber toll und abends auf den pool der die farbe wechselt ebenfalls sehr sehr schön.

Große Lage, zwei Minen zum Strand und Ladung von Restaurants. Unser Zimmer sah die Straße mit Verkehr und Bussen, aber es war nicht laut, der Verkehr starb in der Nacht. Autoparkplatz kleiner, aber wertvoller Raum in der Mitte der Zeit. große Produkte in den Badezimmern Das Bett war komfortabel, aber das Zimmer war schüchtern, der Badezimmerboden sah extrem grubby aus, es braucht Ersatz. Das Badezimmer war rustig und müde. Es fühlte sich nur ein bisschen grubby. Essen außerhalb des Hotels mit Blick auf die Straße war nicht an mich interessiert, also hatten wir dort nicht Frühstück oder Abendessen. Ich würde nicht mehr dort bleiben

2 Nächte hier verbrachte für einen kurzen Pauschal, wie wir Biarritz lieben. Es war unser erstes Besuch in diesem Hotel. Es ist zentral gelegen, macht es eine ideale Basis für die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir erhielten bei der Eincheckung ein warmes Willkommen und waren froh mit unserem 3. Stockzimmer. Wir reservierten ein prestigeträchtiges Zimmer mit Meerblick, das eine gute Entscheidung war und das Geld wert war. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel. Sehr gutes Bett und Bett. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde geschätzt, wie auch der Kühlschrank mit komplimentären weichen Getränken gespeichert. Diese wurden täglich aufgehoben. Das Badezimmer und separates WC waren geräumig und gut mit Toiletten ausgestattet. Badekleider und Slips wurden geliefert. Ich liebte vor allem den Anti-Fog-Spiegel. Die Dusche war mächtig, mit viel heißem Wasser. Wir hatten nicht Frühstück im Hotel, aber wir haben die Bar für einen Drink und einen Flachs von Schalenfrüchten und Käse verwendet, die lecker waren. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und begeistert, zu helfen. Ich war überrascht, dass das Hotel zwar als Monument eingestuft wird, aber es keine Informationen über seine Geschichte in den Zimmern gibt. Für mich ist das ein Verkaufspunkt, der gut veröffentlicht werden sollte. Wir mussten das Internet überprüfen, um Informationen über den Hintergrund des Hotels, das faszinierend ist. Es wäre gut wert, eine Seite zu drucken und es in den Zimmern zu verlassen. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt und wir werden sicherlich zurückkehren.

This hotel stands proud near the lighthouse in beautiful Biarritz. We expected great things , not put off at all by the position of the hotel as we are fit and well and enjoyed the walk into town and back . We did not like our first room which was very small . To be honest I think if I was critical the hotel could do much better on their website explaining the room set up . We like a king bed which we got , but there was not enough storage space and no walking around space at all . Reception dealt with our request well and my husband checked the room an ocean suite which was lovely but after we got unpacked I realised the room was huge but the bed was a normal double . My hubby at this point refused to move again so we put up with it for the 4 days . We did pay for the upgrade . I like a hotel that explains what you get . Eg cosy room Etc which was what our first room certainly was . On to better things . The staff first and foremost were fabulous very cheery and helpful . The pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed a few hours every afternoon sitting out . Breakfast was good but not great . Would have loved a fresh cooking station for omelettes fresh eggs .. no variety the exact same every day and where were the glorious French baguettes and croissants. None in sight except tiny croissants that to be honest were not that great . We had one dinner In Frenchie restaurant which was absolutely fabulous best of stay . Finally to end the hotel is good overall but I thought it lacked a bit of atmosphere. It was quiet, piano player one night but not enough for us to stay in more than the one night . It’s a shame . Biarritz is amazing just can’t quite decide if I would stay in the Regina again.

Den vielen positiven Bewertungen kann ich mich ohne Einschränkungen anschliessen. Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, unser Zimmer hatte eine sensationelle Aussicht und war sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, wie Einige meiner Reisegenossen auch, doch ich bekam ein riesiges Familienzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, das regulär 509,- € pro Nacht kostet ohne Frühstück. Die Aussicht ging direkt aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung war chic und hochmodern. Auf der Dachterrasse befand sich der beheitzte Pool und man hatte einen Blick über die ganze Stadt und das Meer bis zur Villa Belza und den Leuchtturm. Das Restaurant war nur zu den Essenszeiten über den Aufzug Ebene M erreichbar und die Speisen waren von höchster Qualität. Alles in allem nicht zu übertreffen! Wir hatten Glück und kamen zum Jazzfestival an. So wurden wir sogar von einer 4-Köpfigen Combo begrüßt. Schön dass wir hier 3 Nächte bleiben konnten.
