Godwin Meerut

As per my plan i was travling to Rishikesh by road. But before reaching Rishikesh I had to take a 1 night halt. I was on meerut bypass I saw too many hordings of Godwin Hotel on road so I thought to take a pit stop there for refreshing my self. As I reached there and ordered some refreshments. Meanwhile I got the idea to take the halt there only. So I had a conversation with the sales executive and she ( I forgot her name) offered me very good price. The ambience of the Hotel is very good Staff is very helping food is very good. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because in rooms there were some places where Hotel management team need to focus about the maintanence. Rest everything was great..

Good : Entrance into the hotel, service efforts by the staff Bad : Room conditions are awful. Needs a major renovation. We were told only Level 1 was available as the remaining 4 levels were being renovated. There are absolutely no signs of renovations happening. The fridge was not working, there were gaps between the power going off and generator power kicking in, the food served at breakfast was not fresh and correct temperature practices not adhered to. This caused bad food poisoning for my husband. There was an oil spill down the corridor that almost caused an accident. If you claim to be a 4 star hotel charging your rates, you need to live up to that standard. We checked out in 1 day and moved to another hotel, so much better!

I am regular for since last year , property is well maintained with clean environment .staff is very cooperative and friendly. I really appreciate all the staff for making my stay wonderful. Special thanks to Ms anu shree front desk for her hospitality and her polite behavior. ☺️

Extraordinary place. I booked the Godwin hotel meerut from 10/5/24 to 12/05/24 for family vacation. My experience was awesome because of the staff members and their dedication towards customer care and support. Mr.Tilak Sharma ji, General Manager of Godwin hotel meerut is always ready to help you anytime, a very gentle person and my daughter's favourite. Manisha madam, Assistant manager Reservations is very cooperative and always ready to help. Mr Sanjeev Kumar, Assistant front office manager is a very humble person and very soft spoken. The front desk team is very nice and well cultured and always ready to help you with a smile. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool is in the second floor and is beautiful. Food is awesome. Ambience is awesome and the hotel is surrounded by nature. My first visit to Godwin hotel meerut was in the month of July 2014 and because of the culture and nature of all the staff members I have completed 10 years as a customer of Godwin hotel meerut. For the past 10 years Godwin hotel is my 1st choice. All the staff members are soft spoken and well trained. Dear concern hot kettle is not working and it’s broken, shower water is not proper, water fall on wall, no soap handing system in bathroom, light not available on bathroom mirror hotel standard is very poor thanks. Next time we never stay here. It’s never meet our expectations
