Didn’t like the bed as was to high for me but in general the room was nice staff I found fantastic Casey harry Craig sheila Lee was also lovely that’s just a few names I can remember harry made the cocktails I’d definitely recommend the espresso martini if Harry’s making them! I stayed in this establishment for just over a month and can’t wait to come back

Once again this place delivers on hospitality. Alisha remembered my colleagues and I from our last visit back in january and even remembered our drink and food order. She really looked after us well. Still unable to turn off the hospitality mode on the tv to watch netflix but only here 3 nights this time so was not to bad.

Another night away on business and I used the IHG app to book my accommodation This hotel is conveniently located close to M25 with excellent access to SE london and Kent There is plenty of parking ( albeit not complimentary) and the hotel is an above average example of the Holiday Inn Brand Clean , Comfortable , well maintained and excellent value An excellent example of a great business hotel with a fittest rate restaurant on site

I came here and the receptionist that checked me in was absolutely incredible. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she put a smiley face on my room key card which made me smile. The bed is lovely as is everything else. Breakfast was beautiful and far better than other hotels I have been to as the egg was too wet but this was perfect. All the staff here are very friendly.

Warm, friendly and welcoming! The bar staff were exceptionally friendly, Alisha, Demi and Becca were always on hand with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible, staff were all welcoming and helpful, the service at the bar was always top rate even when things got busy, highly recommend!

The beds are extremely comfortable ensuring a good night sleep, the facilities in the room were all clean and in good working order and the staff were really friendly, welcoming and friendly. Alisha on the bar was always willing to help with a smile and ready to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming always have a great stay when I’m up here, Alisha is always on hand for great service and always with a smile. Couldn’t fault anything! Would highly recommend a stay here for short trips or even a longer stay.

I ordered a small ice bucket to the room, the first thing the room service staff does is charge me for room service. I told her I didn't know why I need to pay for ice, this is the first time to charged for ice in a hotel, the room service staff didn't like and she told me I need to go down to reception to pick up the ice, anyway I had to go down to reception to collect the ice, and the worst thing is I had to go down in the same lift that room service uses, the room service staff is not friendly and without standards .very bad service 😔

My husband and I stayed overnight here, was absolutely amazing The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful, really looked after us. We had lunch, evening dinner and breakfast, the food was all prepared and cooked to a high standard. The menu choices all were very good Our room was very nice, clean and warm Walk in shower was provided which we had requested Lots of parking available We wished we could have stayed longer, but will revisit Many thanks to you all .

I like the Specials that the Kitchen chef put son occasionally. Breakfast is decent good selection and can even ask for an Omlette too.

Held my Mother in law’s wake here in January 2024. The service from initially viewing the venue, booking with the team and on the day was excellent. Everyone said the food was amazing, well presented and tasty.. Would recommend for any function.

I stayed 21st Jan 24 for 4 nights and wonderful staff made it a great stay. When you arrive at a hotel first impressions go a long way and stay with you the whole time your there. I was greeted by Lee and a warm welcome ( I even got time for a few pints and though I missed the bar ) he was very helpful during the 4 days I stayed , also a lovely girl on nights that week called Becky she was so nice and smiley and nothing to much trouble , even when I was very thirsty at the bar and needed served lots of times Becky & Lee were there. And on check out I need my invoices broken down/ split under £500 and usual a problem here but the wonderful Juliann sorted and checked me out no problem at all , so a “huge thank you” to these wonderful people for your help and just being nice welcoming people....... all staff were really nice but these 3 especially

Chosen for location rather than anything as none of us had visited before but the experience couldn’t have been better. From beginning to end the staff were excellent, really helpful, informative and kind at a difficult time. Perfect venue as plenty of parking and accessible for major routes. The restaurant was bright and airy and brilliantly laid out for the occasion. The food was delicious and plentiful. Mum would have loved it. Thank you.
