almost all facilities is not available like the pool, sauna etc, just the massage services at level 2 ok and we got try it.. location wise is very strategic.

I booked for my friend they tell hotel is ok and clean enough...

Had a terrible experince while staying at this hotel.The incident happen to be trainee housekeeper just entered the room aftr my friend went out.While enquire they used to tell just to check ob the missing towel from another room checked in at 1pm.Happen to be the room locked not functioning and requested another room.aftr the confirmation with frontdrsk we make a move,but while the time we come back happened to be the house keeper went to room using a spare key.The management should train the staff very well.Its make the stay an unpleasant memories.

Clean accommodation, spacious rooms, lovely staff. Near the market, there are food, easy to travel.

First time in Betong, the hotel is inside a small valley. If you drive to Betong, you can park in the hotel, mall or another hotel by walking distance. The room is quite aging, and bed and mattress is not really good for selling.

The hotel was okay, but they need to focus more on cleanliness. Also, when checking out, make sure only one person handles the checkout process while the other stays in the room. This way, the housekeeper can't accuse you of any damages or charge you for the drinking water. (Also, make sure you drink from the glass bottle) there’s a charge 25 baht/ small plastic bottle.

The room is spacious 👍 The bed is big size 👍 The wardrobe is dirty. The room, furniture & toilet are old look tired. Wifi connection in room is so weak & no signal. Location of the hotel in middle town but the building is at the back of Merlin Plaza, quite difficult to find via waze or google map. Car park in building is limited & have to give the car key to car attendant because need to double park. Please remember to buy sim card when you arrive Betong because your international roaming won’t work in Betong, Pattani & Narathiwat.

Not much parking spaces, pretty much the same for all most hotel at Betong. What I don't like it got charged for bottled water , not well notified at the room, notice only at check out counter inform the water is not free, bad, very bad
