Sehr gute Kommunikation zwischen Angestellten und Gästen. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten waren hier an der Tagesordnung, die so manche in der Hotelbranche verlernt haben. Toller Indoor Pool. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Wir würden diesen Aufenthalt jederzeit so wieder buchen.

Sauberes Hotel für Geschäftsreise. Service alles in allem leider schlecht. Personal nur beim Check-In halbwegs freundlich gewesen. Danach wird man ignoriert und auch nicht gegrüßt. Zimmerservice gab es am Sonntag nicht. Personal ist schon weg hieß es um 16 Uhr. Wenn ich mein Bett nicht aufgedeckt haben will und Handtücher auch keine neuen bekommen will, gehe ich ins AirBnB und nicht ins Hotel. Bademäntel und Latschen wurden offensichtlich auch nur bestimmten Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt. Lage ist okay aber für den Preis gibts besseres. Würde definitiv nicht mehr herkommen.

Dejligt hotel, så er helt nyt og lækkert! Personalet stod heletiden til rådighed og var søde og venlige. Morgenmaden var lidt skrabet men der var det nødvendige. Gode store værelser i høj standart med alt hvad man behøver. Seng og puder var helt perfekte. Parkeringen var lidt dyr

Fint hotell, fresht og rent, fine eikedetaljer. Grei frokost. Beliggenheten var ikke topp, lå litt avsides ift shopping/restauranter, men ok transportmulugheter med ubahn/buss.

Nur die Saunaöffnung ab 15uhr ist zu bemängeln

Sehr gute Unterstützung und Freundlichkeit des Personals, Flexibilität beim reinigen des Zimmers mit Bonus. Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Dusche und Bad sehr schön.

Lovely room. Great shower. Nice sauna and pool. Be aware that there are few facilities in the immediate area and that there is a 10 min walk to the tube. Near the tube there is an excellent pizza place - neon cat sign and a lovely cafe Madame?? Although not classy they are full of locals and the food and drink are good. Head to Hallesches Tor. Hotel location very easy to get in and out of Berlin central and all main attractions.

The so called spa is a cold pool and 2 saunas. The so called gym is a bicycle , a cross trainer. That’s it. The breakfast lady did not let us take more food since my partner had taken some breakfast to the room. So 38 euros for some yoghurt, a croissant and a sandwich. Not worth it and they should have told us before. Otherwise nice hotel and the staff that welcomed us was very nice. But it did not live up to the expectations.

The rooms and amenities were all properly cleaned and maintained. However, the staff was not great. We got there and they assign us an unclean room. Had to go back downstairs and wait to receive a room that was prepared for check in. We could not get new bedding until after two nights and we only were staying two nights. We asked for new towels in the morning and they did not get delivered until we called again for them. The hotel is very beautiful but the communication between employees and guests needs to be improved.

Good location between two metro stops. Nice facilities and spacious rooms. Neighborhood is safe in spite of graffiti and trash (seems to be an issue in the whole eastern sector of Berlin). Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

The air conditioner wasn't working in our room, but the front desk was quick to respond and tried to fix and reboot the unit. When that didn't do the trick, he immediately gave us a new room and solved the problem! We're so grateful as it was very warm during our stay. The pros: beautiful and spacious room with the most comfortable beds and pillows! Nice shower. The cons: This hotel is too out of the way for most of the main attractions in Berlin. Other than the Jewish Museum, there isn't much to do in the area. The towels are old and worn and barely any toiletries are provided. I would probably choose a more central hotel next time!
