The hotel room is very spacious with spacious bathroom that comes with 2 basin. The bed is comfortable. On weekends the genting mascot is out at lobby for meet and greet which was very entertaining for kids.

best place to stay in genting highland! i got a room with a mountain view and i got this spectacular view of genting highland. distance from hotel to skyavenue around 20-30 minutes driving or you can ask for shuttle bus from the counter. rm20 per person. smooth check in check out, huge and tidy room. the most exciting about my stay in scapes is their amazing breakfast. a lot variety of food served even during a weekday. from nasi lemak, noodles, porridge to a lot choice of pastries, bread, waffle, croissant. they also served ice cream for breakfast, im so happy. will come again one day

The overall experience was fantastic, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and food stalls nearby. The suite was in pristine condition and very clean, earning a solid 5/5 from me. All the amenities, including the pool, gym, and Wi-Fi, met my expectations perfectly. One minor downside was the check-in process, which was a bit slow. Additionally, a RM200 deposit was required, and they photocopied our IDs. However, this did not significantly affect my stay. I highly recommend this place for a staycation. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen for cooking, and facilities for washing and drying clothes, which makes it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

The front desk seems to be lack of training, perhaps the management can do something about it. 1. When we were checking in, told the staff we booked two rooms and he misunderstood that we booked a 2 bedrooms unit, hence we only get 1 parking spot. After a minor arguement only he recheck the system and realize we did book 2 units hence there is 2 parking spots. 2. The waiting time for the lift is horrible. We stayed at level 11, and there are 6 lifts, but we were skipped by the lifts lotsa time, sometimes we couldnt wait that long that we have to walk down the stairs, not just us, other tourists as well. 15mins wait and still couldnt get a lift? why is that? 3. when we checked out and ready to exit the parking, we were told that we need have our access card with us? I mean everyone returned the access card at the lobby during check out, why would the management want us to keep that card to exit parking? And we were told to take the access card to exit parking, and bring it back to the front desk? Why is this such a hassle to your customers?

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited. Pros: Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy. Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable. Cons: Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age. There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either. The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short. Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

Zunächst habe ich das Dreibettzimmer gebucht, aber ich war enttäuscht, dass ich nur einen Pfohl beantragen konnte. Das war ziemlich ungünstig, da mehrere Pfohle oft für einen komfortablen Schlaf notwendig sind. Außerdem war das Fehlen eines Kühlschranks im Zimmer ein großer Nachteil. Das bedeutete, dass ich nicht kaufen konnte vernichtete Artikel wie Tofu oder Getränke gekühlt zu halten, die meine Möglichkeiten für Snack oder genießen kalte Getränke beschränken. Eine der bedeutendsten Nebenwirkungen war der Preis für einen Nachtaufenthalt. Am RM200 pro Nacht erwartete ich mehr von einem Budgethotel. Angesichts des Hotels ein-Sterne-Bewertungsgrads schien die Kosten für die angebotenen Einrichtungen und allgemeine Erfahrung übertrieben. Auf positivem Hinweis war die Nähe des Hotels zum Regent Court Restaurant, TF Value, Steamboat Restaurant, Musang King Dessert und Family Mart zweifellos eine Bequemlichkeit. Diese nebenan gelegenen Einrichtungen haben es einfach gemacht, verschiedene Mahlzeiten zu bekommen und alle unmittelbaren Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Bei der Übersicht über die Gesamterfahrung hätte ich jedoch erwartet, dass ein Budgethotel wie Tumike mehr wettbewerbsfähige Preise und verbesserte Einrichtungen bietet. A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.
