Lovely hotel, but try staying poolside, cus our room was facing a nightclub and was very noisy, but that’s my only complaint

Great hotel right near to everything hotel very clean rooms spotless. Staff very friendly breakfast lots of choice would recommend. Lovely pool and solarium area. close to beach and shops old town Benidorm stunning. Great bars and restaurants

Checked out of Hotel Perla this morning. Perfect spot to explore all of Benidorm and it’s close to all the evening action. Hotel was really clean, beds were comfy, pool area was kept clean and the staff were all very hardworking and really friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

2nd visit and another great one. Hotel is smaller which is much better. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has a good selection. Rooms clean nd simple. Maids attend daily. hotel is spotless. Very close, in fact just round the corner to all the bars in Levante Benidorm. Will be booking The Perla again next year.

Stayed here for week 5th September,on arrival late at night the check in was straight forward hotel manager was lovely man , we got room 002 on ground floor overlooking the pool massive room beautiful inside really modern only downside was we had no balcony 🥲 or fridge, hotel is spotless, right in heart of everything ,staff are amazing cleaning done everyday have to give this hotel 10/10 will definitely return soon thank you

Great hotel !! Our room was a little basic but spotless ! The staff are great especially the bar staff and the man who brings the breakfast out ! Pool area is good size ! Bar prices are reasonable! Would definitely return !! Would say it’s not a hotel for kids but perfect for adults ! Also very very central so close to everything.

Kaia (I think was her name) and another male Spanish receptionist were absolutely horrible people to deal with. One word answers, shrugging their shoulders at us and didn’t even look at us when speaking to us. They were by far both the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Would not recommend. Food and beverage staff were lovely though!!

Rooms are clean they supply kettle and iron. Bit reluctant to give you more milk tho,you get two small pots.Need to be up at 8am to get a sun bed but there are chairs.breakfast excellent value lots of choice, breakfast man very happy.bar staff all lovely, bar prices acceptable. Air conditioning not the best if you leave the doors open it can be noisy.didnt bother us heard other people comnenting .perfect location

Just returned from a 7 night stay in the Perla and had a great time. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Manuel at the pool bar was brilliant. We were staying on the 5th floor and had paid extra for a pool view as we were concerned about the other reviews saying that the rooms facing the road were noisy because of the bar across the road. We couldn’t hear any noise from the bars in our room so we were glad we paid for the pool view. Location is great, close to the main *****, restaurants and the beach. The only downside was the aircon in the room wasn’t great and we did struggle to get a sunbed unless we were up early. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we return to Benidorm.
