Before the stay, the online booking process was very easy and intuitive. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and our room was in immaculate condition, with a stunning view from the balcony. We were very impressed with the personalised welcome gift that was offered by the management, it made us feel very special. There were plenty amenities offered complimentary and there’s also the option to get a reasonably priced mini bar selection. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the view is outstanding. Although there’s no a/c, the ceiling fans do the job properly ( it’s even healthier) Everything has a feel of comfort and luxury, which is amazing value for the price. If there’s anything that would make this place even better would be to have more vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. The gardens are very neat and well taken care of, it’s such a pleasant walk around. I can’t finish without mentioning the outstanding and remarkable service that was provided to us by Alyssa, welcoming us on arrival with a genuine smile and going way beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable, she is indeed a star and a valuable asset to the Manor. We already can’t wait to return again :)

Location was excellent since the Panagbenga parade was passing through the hotel. Water flowing on the back of the toilet bowl is bad. No exhaust Fan on our toilet. Slamming door, loud footsteps and chatting on the hallway was terrible. Disturb our rest. For safety concern, refrain the housekeeping cart unattended on the hallways, as it blocks the hallway just in case of emergency. Exit map guide behind the door, inside our room, was not updated. Were located at room 201, but the photo shown room 202. Kindly update that for fire and earthquake evacuation concern. Water glass is not clean properly. As observed some fingerprints and stains on the middle of the glass up to the drinking lid / drinking spots. Observed dust on the coffee machine, and stagnant water behind the coffee machine (I dont know when it was used or refilled) Phone has disconnected line. Although we are transferred from room 205 to room 201. Make sure that all the phone line connection was working in good condition to all rooms. Noticed the shampoo, lotion, conditioner and bath gel has containers and refilled, which was an environmental friendly act. Staff name Jhong and his family after the Grand Float Parade has no consideration as we took pictures on the veranda, and his daughter and himself always on the background of our photos. Never leave the Front desk unattended, as I have noticed that no one is in front desk for guests inquiry. Overall, room, other amenities and customer service are superb. Staff name Rose ann, the other girl and Jhong, an OJT name Jzerny and Marijo are very helpful and attentive on our needs which provides excellent service. Houskeeping team name Nicollo and the other guys and girls have good work in making and maintaining our room clean and provide excellent service. Keep smiling and greeting me whenever I came across with the staff. I will definitely go back and stay in Casa Vallejo.

This is our second stay at this hotel. First one was over 10 years ago. We stayed for three nights in one of the air conditioned rooms. There are positives and negatives with a lot of things here. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Downside was no espresso coffee unless you paid extra. Most of the restaurant staff were good. Special mention to Thyrone for going out of his way to make us feel welcome. The check in staff are all smiles. There were 7 staff behind the counter when we checked in with 2 working and 5 standing around watching. We tried booking massage during our stay and our request was miscommunicated. Not a huge deal but annoying nonetheless. Our room was ordinary. Nice balcony to sit and relax outside. The carpet was well past its use-by date. Poor lighting, the sliding door to the balcony kept jamming and was difficult to operate, the traffic noise even on the fifth floor was loud, the wall to the neighbouring room was thin. We could hear their baby crying, morning alarm, tv and conversation easily. The Wi-Fi speed was ok, not great at 12mbps. The air conditioning worked well but was sometimes noisy. One of two elevators was not working for the duration of our stay. This did not cause any delays Overall, this place falls short of its claimed 4star rating. It does not charge a high price so exceptions can be made for shortcomings. We are still searching for a quality, value for money 4star place in Baguio.

Das Hotel war gut, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber unser Zimmer war nicht klang Proof. Wir konnten den Lärm von unten am Abend hören schreien. Wir konnten nicht schlafen.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of activity In conclusion, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The positive aspects, including the friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent amenities, outweighed any minor issues I encountered.

Der Ort ist erstaunlich: die Aussicht, die Lage und der Raum. Es wäre perfekt, wenn sie einen Aufzug hatten.

Es war mein vierter Besuch in Baguio City und ich war mit meinem Partner für eine vorbildliche Freizeitreise. Wir blieben in A Hotel Baguio City und ich kann sagen, dass ihr bestes Vermögen ihre Mitarbeiter sind. Red, der Front Desk Officer, hat uns bei unserer Ankunft warm bei allen unseren Bedürfnissen bei der Eincheckung unterstützt. Sie war gut vertreten für den Gastfreundschaftsdienst des Hotels und sie ist sehr hilfreich. Das Hotel ist strategisch im Geschäftsviertel Baguio gelegen, die meisten der touristischen Attraktion sind wenige Spaziergänge vom Hotel entfernt. Es könnte jedoch ein schöner Ort gewesen, wenn Zimmer ein wenig gesundes Beweise sind zu bleiben. Es war irritierend, wenn die Klang der Jeepney-Maschinen und die besetzte Straße von Shuntug uns während der rush Stunden stört. Das Zimmer, das wir geblieben haben, ist ziemlich dumm und nichts überrascht uns im Hotel. Die Hotelgebühr, für mich, reflektiert nicht in den Hotelzimmern. Es gibt keine Sicherheitsvorrat, keine Flachsferne (auf Anfrage mit Gebühr erhältlich), der Internet-Service ist unstable, das Zimmer ist nur roh; nur Bett, TV und Tische. Kein Platz für Ihr Gepäck. Aber insgesamt ist dieser Ort wirklich schön, wenn Sie eine Unterkunft in Baguio City wollen. Gute Arbeit für das Personal dieses Hotels!

Der Ort ist im Herzen der Sitzungsstraße, so ist es einfacher für uns, zu verschiedenen Restaurants und Baguio Attraktionen zu gehen. Der öffentliche Markt ist auch einen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Zimmer ist fast vollständig und sauber. Keine Beschwerden. Werte den Betrag, den ur zu zahlen.
