Extremely poor services, and repeated request for refund went unanswered. Booked family suite room, spacious but extremely dirty with smelly bed sheets, shit-stained towels, and dusty. Decided to leave early and change a hotel after 1 night (although paid for 3 nights). Will not come back again.

Stay was good and the facilities are great! I have a feedback to have one ATM at the premise. Another feedback is for the toilet 🚽 seat cover, seems the hotel have replaced original cover with a new cover however it’s so small like children toilet seat.

The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain.

The hotel is about 10mins by grab from batam centre. If you’re planning to experience Golden go kart, cheap foods, ktv and a night market this is good for you. Bring enough cash for you because the area do not have money changer. The building is looks old but clean. Our room is spacious and clean. They manage to accommodate my request to have connecting room with 1 room twin bed and 1 room with large bed. My son’s enjoyed playing the billiards in the lobby, they charge it with 50,000 rupiah per hour. The breakfast they offer do not have much fancy choices but they taste delicious.

Very good, will recommend to my friends. Nice place will come stay again.

Staff are helpful and polite. But the hotel is a bit run down. We found small ants crawling in many parts of our room. Housekeeping was quick in bringing insecticide but the point is this hotel needs a major facelift.

Booked standard but upgraded to triple room, thanks to the lobby staff. Nice cosy and spacious room, with bathtub. Comes with breakfast buffet, but not wide variety. They provide shuttle bus service to different malls.

Have been staying here for most of my visits. Room is spacious and clean. Price is reasonable.

Its an old hotel but everything is available in terms of amenities and supplies. If youre looking to have a serene time this hotel may not be the best choice. They host events and so there are noises from different corners. The staff are kind and accomodating. Breakfast offers alot of local variety of food too.

Pros: the room offers ample space and the staff is exceptionally friendly Cons: the hotel is quite outdated and poorly maintained. There's a persistent unpleasant odor (like sewer gas) throughout the premises. The internet connection is virtually non-existent. The location of the hotel is pretty inconvenient, and there is constant noise disturbance from KTV and bar parties lasting until 3am! I'll never choose this hotel again.

it was a swift check in and check out. the Staff Mr Hormat was a gem for this hotel. He serve genuinely happy and he was approachable and friendly. However the FO staff told us we cant extend our stay for another night but when we check in the trip app, we manage to book again for another night. The reception staffs are all nice though. Location: is strategically located, quite far from the batam ctr but they provide shuttle. Easy to book grab. the food is OK if you are not fussy. Downside: the banquet staff @Cuppa Cafe drop the spoon and he still put it with the rest of the spoons for guests to use. Luckily we've already have taken ours.. But after seeing that.. who knows.. Also the bathroom needs renovation it was outdated and looks filthy though it was cleaned , in our room 926, the hair dryer is not working. All towels were look filthy even though it smells clean. swimming pool water were not so clean as well, maybe because there are palm trees beside the pool. Room was spacious but the TV is small for the room though got good channels to watch like HBO. Yes the hotel is old but if the mgt will look into those needs to improve, this hotel is very promising.
