Even though the hotel was a bit old, I applauded it's cleanliness. I've got a very clean room as well as the balcony also cleaned. The hotel surroundings were also well maintained. All the staff I've met are very helpful and friendly. The pool either for adults or kids is well maintained and cleaned. Kudos for the pool staff who keep the safety of kids their priority.

Hotel was nice and clean. My kids had wonderful time into waterpark… service was ok and there was no issue occurred. Overall its nice place to hangout with kids

Event hotel look old school. .air cond. look new and well functioning .Swimming pools terbaik. . Anak2 happy n really enjoy it. . Ada extra charge Rm15/pax tuk swimming pools. .Only get 2 pass/room..still ok, the pass will use for 2days..

Hidden charge.. must add Rm15 (1)person for swimming.. just bring (2) ticket included.. 1 family ofcourse more (2) person.. and this place child friendly… if have 3 child must add Rm35

The hotel facilities and service is standard. The room comfortably fit two persons. The only different i can share is there is sort of like game machine at the lobby, mini arcade. They provide bath towel and no face towel. The iron and the board located outside the room, at the hallway, in between room. If you do the ironing, please take note there is no place for you to hang your cloth. You might want to do piece by piece. Choose the hotel because it is near, 8min drive, from UTEM (Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka).

Need an renovation at the hotel.. looking old to me.. breakfast is very disappointed roti canai very hard to eat only lontong and nasi lemak ok to me but not very good.. please give more variety bread also..

Amazing pool and very suitable for kids but water too cold, can't stay long inside pool. Room so far ok but may improve. Overall is very good experience.

Overall we enjoyed stayed here! Near to marrybrown,mcdonalds & fews spot of food attraction. During weekend, nearby hotels have a foodcourt like and places full of lights. Definitely would come again!! Just for breakfast & room condition need to improve. Ohh! There is indoor & outdoor playground. Pool for kiddie & adult.jut no towel provided. Need to bring from ur own room but can change the towel by calling receptionist later

Hotel is a bit dated, but overall still satisfactory for the price i got. Location is a bit far from town but close to all tha attractions in Air Keroh such as the Melaka Zoo, Taman Botanikal, Heritage Studios, etc. Plenty of eateries in the nearby MITC area. Room is spacious, ample parking, and the plus point must be the Mini Water Theme Park and the big leisure pool.

Building looks old. Management need to make some changes to make this resort become more attractive. Room was specious but unfortunately feel not worth it with the price. Floor not really clean as well. Interior of room so dull. Even the corridors also looks not nice and not tidy as a resort. Toilet was dirty, have a lot of hair on the floor. Need to call room service to clean my bathroom and inside room. Toilet also worst when to dry the bathtub, floor was clogged. Bathtub also too slippery for kids. Breakfast not really variety but still nice to eat. Children 4 years above need to pay rm25/pax. Pool and children's theme park need to pay rm15/head for extra person . I will not come again. Feel so bad because since long time I really want to stay here. My impression and first experience stay at this resort was so bad

Repeat fpr second time. Menarik recommended kalau nak bawa anak2 kesini.. pool dia best ada 3jenis pool utk pelbagai umur.. ada indoor and outdoor playground.. ada Atv yg berbayar pun seronok. Pool siap ada life guard yg jaga if anak2 or parents yg tak berapa nak behave habis korang kena tiup visel 🤣 btw recoomended sini
