Sehr gemütliches Hotel, extrem sauber und komfortabel. Frühstücks Kaffee könnte mehr Optionen und ein wenig geräumiger, aber zum Preis war meine Unterkunft ausgezeichnet. Das National Inn war wieder meine Wahl.

Hotel gut im Zentrum von BH gelegen. Gut in der Nähe des Platzes sieben und des Stadtparks. Service: schnell und freundliche Ansprechpartner. Zimmer: groß und sauber. Wände sind schmutzig . Auch die mit Klimaanlage. Ich war in Zimmer 814. Es hat Straßenlärm. Bis zum Morgen: OK. Jeden Tag die gleichen Dinge. Es hat keine Saft, aber frisch. Es erhält Busse aus Reisen, also kann der Frühstück sehr kompliziert sein. Am Samstagmorgen Unterkunft wir bleiben ohne einige Zutaten zu essen, Freizeit: Ich habe den Pool verwendet. Es war sauber. Es hat keine Parkplätze. Die Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte jeden Tag, aber es gab keine Seife und Shampoo in unseren Zimmern. Sehr nahe dem Einkaufszentrum. Im Allgemeinen würde ich aber noch einmal, würde ich andere Hotels suchen, bevor ich mit diesem weitermache.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Belo Horizonte und hat sehr alte Unterkünfte. Die Rezeption ist ein wenig fehlgeschlagen. Das Zimmer, das wir waren, war geräumig, gutes Bett, alte Klimaanlage und laut. Badewanne mit guter Raum und gute Dusche, aber das Wasser passierte unter der Tür und überschwemmte das Badezimmer. Frühstück ist tertiär und vernünftig.

Ich fand das Hotel sehr gut, in einem anderen Hotel in BH im August war eine schlechte Erfahrung. SAN DIEGO ist sauber, neu, geräuchert, die Zimmer sind klein, aber das ist das weniger, die Korridore haben Wand, was Lärm verhindert, Kaffee ist sehr gut (nur ich mag nicht die Schmuck, die schlecht ist oder wird vorgestellt). Der Nächste hat einen McDonald's, bleibt in der Straße wenig bewegt, die Ansprechpartner sind freundlich. 3 schnelle Aufzüge, es war nie dauert, ob hoch oder runter, die Klimaanlage ist split und nicht aus dem Fenster. Schließlich, ein Standard-Hotel Stadt Tourismus, was BH nicht ist. Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Ich blieb zwei Tage und reservierte zwei Zimmer für 4 Personen, 2 in jedem.

Ich habe gerade 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war angenehmen überrascht von den Zimmern: groß, modern, komfortabel und mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis. Natürlich ist alles nicht perfekt und die gemeinsamen Räume könnten einfacher. Ich empfehle dieses ideal gelegene Hotel mit dem Hippie Feira, kurzen Spaziergang vom Platz der Freiheit, dem zentralen Marche und dem Stadtpark.

Wir mögen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. freundliche und leistungsfähige Beamte. Einfaches, aber sauberes Zimmer mit guter Größe. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in den Tag einbezogen. Ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Nähe von Touristenpunkten, Bars und Restaurants. Kostenloses Manobrist. Ausgezeichnete Kosten/Nutzen.

Das Hotel ist gut zu finden und auch von weitem schon sichtbar. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs. Die Dame am Empfang hat uns abgewimmelt und gesagt, dass man nur ins Parkhaus fahren muss und dann passt das schon, gratis. Nix da, wir mussten bei der ersten Ausfahrt alles bezahlen. Dann kamen wir zum Check In. Dort war ein Herr (nennen wir ihn Leonardo), der uns den Zimmerschlüssel übergab. Da wir Diamant Mitglieder sind musste ich selbst nach dem Voucher für ein Willkommensgetränk fragen. Dann hat man uns ein besseres Zimmer versprochen, aber ein Standard Zimmer haben wir erhalten. Als wir nach einem Umzug fragten (wir wollten ein Doppelbett) wurden wir abgeschmettert mit einer miesen Laune des Mitarbeiters. Seine Reaktion wirkte homophob. Nach einer späteren Rückfrage haben wir dann ein richtiges Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und wohl neu renoviert. Die Gänge sind alt und teilweise ist der Teppich ziemlich schmutzig. Das wars mit dem Negativen. Positiv waren das reichhaltige Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl (obwohl hier nicht wirklich auf die Corona Regeln geachtet wurden), das Gym und der Pool. Sehr angenehm. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir aber wohl ein anderes Hotel der Accor Gruppe testen.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

If you are a foreigner and Hilton Honors member, do not stay in this hotel. This is the second and last time I have stayed at this location. As a Hilton Honors Member, Diamond tier, we expect more from every stay. At this location, we receive less. At check-in, the receptionist does not know about the HH tiers and related benefits. We do not receive any of the perks that are available to Diamond members. The rooms are ridiculously small. The service overall is sufferable. I have been checking over the past few days to see if I received the points related to the stay, but none has been credited to my account. After contacting the hotel, they don't know how to do it and make the same excuse: despite being a Hilton hotel, their system is not integrated into the HH; therefore, there is nothing they can do about the points accrual. I stayed here in the past 18 months and the same problem happened. At some point, I resigned and gave up requesting my points. If you do not receive a service of minimal quality AND cannot accrue points for my HH account, what is the point of staying at this hotel? It is more expensive than others with similar service characteristics and delivers far less quality than others. I keep questioning if this hotel is really part of the Hilton network or just a fraud. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel.
