Im Stadtzentrum von Alt-Belgrad, in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone, ist es sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen und Essen. Zum Kalemegdan Park Zoo sind es zehn Minuten zu Fuß, und es gibt chinesische Restaurants in der Nähe.

The hotel is close to every point in the city center. Not very big but comfy. In my room, the bathroom had some supplies out of service (e.g. a bathtub hanger), but it is OK. The breakfast was nice and offered some choice.

The location was excellent, very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The front desk worker was very polite and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about the property. They gave us an electronic key card for entering the building, so everything was easy in terms of access and check out. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well! Overall an excellent value for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Belgrade!

Das Hotel ist ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel direkt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums (10 Minuten Taxifahrung kostet ca. 900 rsd). Der Pool ist eine große Funktion, wenn das Wetter heiß ist und ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen, wenn Sie eine Sommerreise planen. Das Personal war alles fantastisch. Wirklich freundlich und näher. Ich habe eine große Freundschaft mit Petar gemacht und genossen, mit ihm am Pool zu chatten und zu lachen. Er war auch schnell, um uns mit allem zu helfen, was wir brauchten, und tat so schnell und effizient. Eine wirklich wunderbare Reise. Danke!

Reflecting on our experience at Joy5 Hotel & ”SPA” in Belgrade: Hotel Staff: We extend our commendation to the hotel staff for their consistent warmth and professionalism. Their practice of rising to greet guests upon entry is a testament to their hospitality. However, it's worth mentioning the logistical challenge posed by the 150-meter distance between the drop-off point and the hotel entrance, particularly with luggage in tow. While a golf cart service is available, its operational reliability remains inconsistent, occasionally necessitating a walk during inclement weather. Housekeeping Service: Our experience with the housekeeping service leaves room for improvement. For guests staying beyond a couple of days, the expectation of refreshed towels and bed linens is reasonable. Regrettably, this anticipation often requires proactive reminders, accompanied by a degree of reluctance from the staff. A more accommodating approach in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Accommodation and Facilities: Turning our attention to the accommodation, our reservation for a ”queen” room revealed an unconventional configuration involving twin-sized platforms and an additional top pad. The usage of a simple sheet as a bed cover resulted in nightly adjustments, and imperfections in the sheets themselves were observed. An attached photographic record is available for reference. The confines of the shower area present limitations, with water overflow being a noticeable concern. On a positive note, a surplus of aging towels is readily provided to address such situations. Locale and Surroundings: The hotel's location along the Danube contributes to a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the convenience of proximity to a modestly-sized mall enhances the overall guest experience. The availability of fresh air further adds to the appeal of the surroundings. Overall Impression: In conclusion, our stay was marked by enjoyment and contentment. However, considering the tariff structure, it is reasonable to anticipate a slightly elevated level of service and quality. It is pertinent to note that our attempt to secure an upgrade was met with assurances that were not subsequently fulfilled. This situation, although mildly disappointing, did not significantly detract from our overall experience. Our assessment of the stay remains generally positive.

The hotel is very convenient and won't take a long time to take a taxi to downtown. Staffs are super nice, I asked them to print some documents for me and they did it very quickly. Something to be noticed that the housekeeping is only in the morning.

On the Belgrade bypass so very handy for onward travel. The windows maybe need some adjustment becasue although they are double glazed we were still bothered by traffic noise at the front of the hotel. Our friends were in a room at the back of the hotel and they had a few bugs in the room from the trees behind. We were on motorcycles and when we arrived one of the staff immediately let us into a storage area where the bikes were locked away for the night. The room was very stylish and felt quite upmarket but the price was very reasonable. Had a very good meal in the large restaurant. Smoking is still common and although it is clear smoking should be in the rear part of the restaurant, there was a family smoking in the main part of the restaurant. Didn't bother us but something to be aware of.

I have chosen to stay in this hotel after reading good reviews from other visitors and believe be they were right! It is a small city hotel with all you need, spacious rooms,very clean, good food and first of all nice employees whos are there always to help you in every problem which in my opinion is the most important thing in a hotel when you are a tourist! Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception und sowie des Zimmerservice waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Zimmer sind ein bischen hellhörigt, aber im Grossen und Ganzen war es ruhig im Hotel. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und war ausreichend schnell. Es gibt ein geschütztes Parkhaus. Man muss dazu mit dem Auto in den Lift fahren und dann in die Ebene -2. Bisschen eng, aber man kommt auch mit sehr grossen Autos problemlos rein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung und man findet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Leider war die Schale der Wassermelone dreckig und beim Schneiden hat man den Dreck der Schale ins Innere der Wassermelone gebracht. Das hätte durchaus sauberer sein können. Als wir das dem Personal gemeldet haben, hat man nur ”Ja ja, ich melde das der Küche” gesagt. Wir hatten das Gefühl bekommen, dass man das nur gesagt hat, um uns abzuwimmeln.
