I would rate this hotel more stars if I could. The hotel is nothing short of exceptional. I arrived late due to a flight delay and was greeted by the warmest of greetings from the reception staff. This set the tone for the rest of my stay. Every morning, having breakfast I would chat to the lady who offered me coffee and orange juice, she was so kind and welcoming, the concierge Mr Darko was equally as kind and so knowledgeable. The rooms were very well appointed too with very clean and smart facilities with an excellent shower. On my birthday, they left a small gift in my room that just optimises how lovely my stay was. Getting to know the staff, i felt more like a member of their family rather than just as a guest. They even went so far as making me a cup of tea before bed! I have had the privilege of staying at 7 star hotels to hostels and without a doubt, the exceptional kindness and courtesy shown not just by one but all staff offered me was better than that 7 star hotel. If I am ever back in Belgrade, which I hope to be, I will definitely be returning here. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff working at Hotel Argo, Hvala!
