Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett, aber etwas falsch informiert. Anscheinend gibt es ein „VIP-Paket“, das 20 $ zusätzlich zum festgelegten Zimmerpreis kostet, den man online bezahlt. Die Rezeptionistin sagte, das Paket sei optional, man bräuchte es aber, um Zugang zum Pool und zum Fitnessstudio zu erhalten. Wir entschieden uns dafür, da sie sagte, dass es Rabatte auf die verfügbaren Spa-Behandlungen gebe. Leider sagten uns die Spa-Leute, dass dies nicht stimmte und dass es keinen Rabatt gab, also zahlten wir im Grunde 20 $ extra für nichts. Darüber hinaus waren die Decken, der Teppich, die Kissen und die Stühle alle ziemlich ekelhaft fleckig. Die Dusche ist super schwach und das Wasser ist nur warm, nicht heiß. Und schließlich war das Frühstück absolut schrecklich. Für Rührei, Saft oder Kaffee muss man extra bezahlen und die verfügbaren Optionen waren alle sehr trocken und sahen alt aus. Ich empfehle nicht, hier zu übernachten, es sei denn, Sie sind sehr verzweifelt.

Dieses Hotel ist eines der besten in Beirut. Die Lage ist erstaunlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und geräumig. Ich habe vor drei Jahren zum ersten Mal dort übernachtet und bin seitdem jedes Mal dort, wenn ich Beirut besuche.

Let start with the most precious welcoming with Dilan's smile , the room was comfortable the service was fast we ordered beef and chicken stake it takes less than 10 minutes and I must mention the taste it was super delicious ..great team great service thank you Dilan

I spent 5 nights at this hotel a few minutes from famous Rock Bay with an ocean view between two other buildings. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was included. They serve hot meals too. Caffee was instant, and they provide milk powder. The swimming pool is closed The service was very friendly and always helpful. tying their best. There are restaurants outlet store and supermarkets a few minutes away.

this is one of the best hotels in beirut . i highly recommend for a nice stay. clean rooms , friendly and welcoming staff. the swimming pool at the rooftop is amazing with a great view. it is perfect for couples

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in a wonderful location and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. 10/10 would stay here again, already can’t wait to come back!

this is a nice 4 star hotel with great location. electricity is available 24 hours. free gym is available. roof top pool with great view. for relaxation visit the SPA. highly recommended with affordable prices

It was a great hotel with a rooftop pool next to one of the biggest landmarks/Tourist Attraction Roúche Rocks . it great for family holidays and it’s not that expensive it was a nice experience and open buffet for breakfast

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful especially in dealing with Lea at the front desk. She was lovely and helped me with my booking and questions about my stay in Beirut in general.
