An awesome location, walking distance to the fragrant Hills and Botanical gardens. I think this could once have been a great hotel, but it’s in a pretty bad state right now. 1. The room was pretty filthy, I am unsure when it was last cleaned. The toilet was unclean, the balcony was dirty and there was a layer of dust on everything. There was new clean bedding and towels so that was good. There TV didn’t work. The plates in the room were chipped. 2. We booked a deluxe room with a view and we only had a view of an aircon unit in a courtyard. 3. The service was not great. We tried the bbq on the patio, I ordered a beer that the waiter stuck his finger in to stop it foaming. I didn’t drink it instead I ordered a bottled beer which was warm. The food wasn’t great either.

The hotel was situated right next to the Fragrant Hill park, and not too far a walk to the National Botanical Gardens. The room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable about the area as well as helping us get from the hotel to the airport on time. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. I wouldn't recommend the hotel's restaurant as it was overpriced and underwhelming. There are much better options outside of the hotel.

一大家子人為了給長者做壽，特地訂的酒店別墅套房。該酒店緊鄰香山，空氣好，安靜，環境不錯。最重要的是酒店離市區近，交通便利，眼下天氣炎熱，長者年紀大了，經受不起舟車勞頓，而選擇這裏非常適合。套房內部格局好，空間寬大，設施比較齊全，十幾口人聚在一起快樂舒適，很有家的味道。酒店接待服務很到位，入住前主動聯繫我們，詢問需求。特別是楊傑經理得知有長者過生日，專門送了生日蛋糕，此外還在停車、早餐、客房服務等方面給予了熱情幫助，家人都很滿意。

房間非常整潔，酒店挨着香山，非常清凈，到景區參觀和乘坐地鐵很方便，前台的小薛熱情，也很大方，因為我們行程緊張，很通融的延續到了三點以後，下次來香山，還住這裏，來感受紅葉和燕京八景的香山晴雪。

前台的心陽、杜瑜小姐姐把房型給免費升級了並且提供非常貼心的服務，入住的非常愉快[比心][比心][比心][害羞]。這個酒店距離香山非常近，緊鄰着一條美食街，出大門左拐上坡直走就是香山的大門了。環境很安靜，地下區域的健身房到了晚上會開放，白天不開。泳池白天和晚上都開放的。送了水果拼盤，睡的很好，這個位置窩在裏面很私密，一點都不吵鬧。整個酒店雖然年頭有些老舊，但是服務整體不錯，跟前台説需要水，很快五分鐘的功夫服務人員就給送到了。點贊！非常不錯的一次度假體驗。性價比高！[強][強][強][強][比心][比心][比心][比心]

與老伴第二次入住世紀金源香山商旅酒店，感覺各方面保持了一如既往的高品質。下車後迎賓員立刻上前幫忙拿箱子，並引導到前台。前台服務員給我們升級到面對香山的景緻房。房間服務員幫我們設定Wi-Fi，加送了瓶裝水。全過程流暢。房間整潔，寢具令人放心。早餐品種豐富可口。該酒店温泉泳池很有名，無奈上年紀了無緣享受。出酒店大門，那家小館近在咫尺。買賣街、香山公園、香山革命紀念館都是幾步路的事。S2線、563公交都是起終點站，乘坐十分便利。退休了來此小住兩三天是不錯的選擇。

入住接待服務不錯，有引導，小姑娘還給帶到房間。比較適合親子，泳池和温泉不錯，酒店離香山很近，適合第二天早起去爬山。設施，比較老舊，入住之前就有預期，剛入住覺得也還好，沒想到晚上家人被窗邊小茶几桌腿的釘子劃傷了，然後才發現桌子腿有一小塊木頭掉了，露出了釘子，打電話讓送點碘伏消毒，就送來一根帶碘伏的棉簽，後來又打電話要消毒的，就送了幾根普通棉簽，説沒有碘伏，再找找，然後就沒有然後了……

位置、環境、服務都沒得説，挺好的。酒店還有游泳池和温泉，都是住店免費。就是裝修過去老舊，但是床品還算比較新，就是衞生間淋浴比較不方便，需要站在浴缸裏，有長者腿腳不好的需要注意安全。
