Hotel Eingang sieht Super hübsch aus, aber das Zimmer ist Standard, nicht soviel mit Design zu tun. Die Lage ist good, 5min zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ich war während meiner Geschäftsreise für zwei Wochen hier und es war eine durchweg gute Erfahrung. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, die Lage ist auch großartig, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber. Aber das Beste an diesem Hotel ist definitiv der Kundenservice und das Personal (und die coolen Roboter!), alle sind so effizient und hilfsbereit. 5 Sterne, würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Besondere Erwähnung gebührt einem Mitarbeiter, der mir während meiner gesamten Zeit dort immer geholfen hat.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff, the breakfast is inclusive for all cultures. The moment you enter the lobby, you are greeted with breathtaking crystals; you get warm gowns and new slippers each day of your stay. I highly recommend this

My kids and I spent the night in this hotel. They loved the lights at the entrance, and we had a very peaceful evening. They loved the robot that brought our delivery to our room.

Good location and friendly staff .

Good hotel that is conveniently across a plaza with lots of amenities like food, groceries, little shops. This hotel is also close to the bus stop and one block away from the subway line 14 which takes you to lots of places. Hotel is clean and well maintained with just some minor wear and tear.

Good location, Near Indigo shopping mall only 700meters by walk. Have Starbucks nearby. Hotel staff really helpful and good communication in English. Room space pretty big, clean, with big bathroom, have fridge 👍in the room unlike others chain hotel.

Very pleasant experience with the hotel. Easy to locate and near to various amenities like food and the subway. Overall was a great experience at Crystal Orange.

We felt very welcomed as we arrive at the hotel and the staff was very kind. The room felt a bit old and the temperature was cold when we came in. The staff informed us that the heating didn’t work in summer. We had a giant bath our children really like it but I had to clean the bath and bathroom a bit because it wasn’t very clean and a bit dusty. The bed were comfortable and the over all experience felt okay.

We recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel in Beijing, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the customer service was amazing. When we encountered a minor issue with the tap, they efficiently and promptly changed our room. Plus, the adorable robot delivering our waimai (takeout) to the room was super efficient! The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was super clean and thoughtfully provided with everything we needed, including a steamer for our wrinkled clothes. The only small challenge was the light combinations – turning on the bathroom lights would trigger other lights in the room, making nighttime trips to the toilet a bit tricky without waking up my partner. But aside from that, the room was cosy, sexy, and elegant – the perfect blend. While the location isn’t very convenient for sightseeing, the Crystal Orange is conveniently close to a metro station. So, getting around the city was still manageable. I highly recommend the Crystal Orange to anyone visiting Beijing. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable!"

The hotel is located in a very good and interconnected place, near to Jiangtai Station, located in front of the supermarket and there are many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The room was clean and big enough for 2 people. The front desk receptionists were friendly, and they let us check-in early. Everything was good, except for the wifi, because the signal was weak the whole time. I suggest that the hotel should upgrade their internet for a more excellent stay for customers. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this hotel and extended for 2 more days. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was really friendly, helped me with all my needs. They even let me have a late checkout during a holiday time. The room was beautiful! The only issue was that in the picture it shows there is a swing next to the bed but there wasn’t one in my room. A little disappointed. Overall it was great, I would definitely come back again!
