Xana Hotelle (Beijing Sanlitun, Dongdaqiao Station)

Booked room without window. Staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was cleaned every day. Metro is pretty close. Exit A was the most convenient way to the hotel through the building.

1. Location : It is near with Do Da Qiao (Line 2) Metro Station which near with the Hotel. however, the entrance no 2/B near the hotel only have partial escalator so if you travel with a big suitcase maybe can consider about the mobilization through elevator (in entrance 4/D) 2. Service : the staff was friendly and helpful. even when I want to order from the apps, the help us by providing the china phone number and they deliver the package right to our room. 3. Facilities and Cleanliness : the facilities are good and every place is clean. then, the cleaning service always clean the room (but keep in mind the button for clean the room shall be tuned on) 4. environment : fortunately, there is no other external sound/noise which make us feel disturbed during our stay. 5. Room : bedroom size is standard, spacious and easy to store suitcase Overall the experience in this hotel is good with a worth price to book.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and while the location was excellent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Pros: • The location is very convenient. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the subway station. • About a 10-minute walk to The Box shopping mall and 15 minutes to the Sanlitun malls, which was great for dining and shopping. Cons: • Day 1: The air conditioner in our room was not working. We reported it to the hotel staff, but they initially said there were no available rooms to switch to. We were told to stay in the room without air conditioning, which was uncomfortable. Fortunately, the staff eventually managed to find another room for us. • Day 5: We encountered another issue – a persistent “bit bit” sound coming from behind the TV. Even after unplugging the TV, the noise continued. We reported it to the staff, but they couldn’t fix it. We requested a room change again, but they said there were no rooms available and we had to endure the noise for the night. The next morning, we had to wait until 11 a.m. to switch rooms, which disrupted our travel plans for the day. • Noise: Construction work near the hotel starts as early as 8 a.m. every day, so if you’re hoping to sleep in or rest during the morning, this hotel may not be ideal. Overall: While the location is great for exploring the city, the comfort and quality of the stay were disappointing. Maintenance issues and lack of timely room changes negatively impacted our experience. I would suggest considering other hotels if you prioritize a quiet and hassle-free stay.

Great place for quick stay have nice location. And the beds are comfortable

In December, the room temperature can’t be controlled. I don’t recommend the room with No windows.
