Hotel Sa Punta - Adults Only fr13 ★★★★

"Great hotel, felt like a relaxing hospice (the music in the hotel). Very old but that’s the charm. The design of the hotel is really beautiful! They took the old hotel and added luxurious furniture that really complements it, with romantic lighting. I will attach pictures later. The room was large, the parking was very convenient, the fact that there is an electric shutter is really a plus, and the fact that there are two sinks is also nice. The place is clean, but there is an ant problem there. Once we closed the shutter, ants did not enter the room, but there were plenty of ants on the balcony. What really bothered me was that the bed was very hard, the pillows were made of foam and not feathers, and there was no thick blanket, just sheets that served as a blanket. The pool is really nice, but it’s cold and not heated, and there isn’t even a hot Jacuzzi, which is a bit disappointing. There is no gym, which is also disappointing. The breakfast is adequate but very meager; there are no pancakes, a variety of vegetables, or soft cheeses. In my opinion, the price is a bit high for what you get, but the hotel was nice and sufficient for our taste."

"Resort was nice! Very cute setup, lots of activities for kids. Water refill stations throughout. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. It is on a hill so lots of uphill walking but we didn’t mind. You definitely will get a workout staying here! They didn’t do a great job explaining the property / amenities. Took us multiple times asking to finally get our sauna/jacuzzi booked but likely just a different way of service than I’m used to in the US. Overall great spot to relax and unwind."

"Hotel in a magnificent setting with lovely views of the sea. Tennis court, swimming pool, table tennis, badminton available. Small beach accessible at the bottom of the hotel. Hiking trails, golf and small village of Begur also nearby. Very good breakfast. We will come back for sure!"

Hostal Ses Negres ★★★

"Wir waren zu zweit und haben nach einer Wanderung auf der Cami de Ronda ein paar Tage in Ses Negres sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte eine optimale Lage zum Strand, der in einer wunderschönen Bucht liegt. Auch eine Strandbar oder verschieden Restaurants stehen zur Verfügung. Davon eines, das zum Hostal gehört und direkt am Strand liegt. Der Strand ist nicht so frequentiert wie andere Strände, die wir auf der Wanderung kennengelernt haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut in angenehmen Räumlichkeiten. Es ist hilfreich, wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, dann kann man auch rasch den höher gelegenen Ort Begur erreichen, der eine sehr schöne Altstadt hat, in der man shoppen aber auch zahlreiche Restaurants nutzen kann. Traumhaft ist ebenfalls der Blick von der Burg in Begur. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert."

"In the heart of medieval town. Felt the hotel was built from a medieval bldg. room is very small, but you have the living room outside the hotel room, which is nice. Breakfast is excellent. People are really nice and they get in touch with directions via what’s app, which is really nice. Only drawback is water temperature isn’t very hot for shower."

"The modern lobby wasn‘t in the same building as our Appartement/room. It‘s seems that some of these rooms were in rent and not for hotel guests. Maybe some sort of Community or rental apartements according to internet. The huge lobby and reception (nobody there) felt like a „lost place“. Not renovated/updated since decades. Also the pool area in front of this „main“ building wasn‘t taken care of. A broken sunshade and deck chairs weren’t white anymore. At the shore there were places which were not secured anymore. For example missing safety fences which could in our opinion even be dangerous for children or even adults. It seems there was below the restaurant (which was owned by the hotel anymore), nicer rooms with separate pool, but the communication on their internet page wasn‘t clear for us at all."

"The location and the hotel are magnificent. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the pool and its grassy areas are also very pleasant. The restaurant offers a varied and delicious menu. The staff is attentive. An authentic, very pleasant, and peaceful place with a great sense of hospitality. I highly recommend this establishment."
