Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr gut, die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter von Decay ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber, es ist eine gute Unterkunftserfahrung, wenn es eine Chance gibt, werden Sie in der Zukunft wieder besuchen!

Little bit of a culture shock staying at a resort for the first time. The staff would not help with any activities outside of the resort. I found we were on our own finding transportation to boardwalk hall for concert. I am use to hotels providing knowledge of local services and attractions but at this resort they refused by claiming they have no knowledge how to help.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the casino. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the casino for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night casino bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

Das Hotel ist alt, aber es ist ok für uns haben wir eine gute Zeit, um sehr nahe dem Zentrum, Restaurants und alles zu gehen. Eine gute Sache, die wir lieben, ist keine Parkgebühren

Excellent clean conditions and very friendly staff, I actually got locked out of my room in my socks and very friendly staff helped me with a new key. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. I will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would want to check into is, the parking. I believe there is a fee to park which seems crazy for someone staying in their hotel. I was not charged a fee as they had problems with their computer which delayed my check in so was comped parking.

Einer meiner Lieblingsstellen zu sein! Ich liebe es hier. Nur das, was es besser machen würde oder könnte, wäre so eine Aktion ******. Eigentlich dachte ich nur, wie man sie aus allen anderen Hotels herausstellen kann, aber ich denke nicht, dass es hier drucken eine gute Idee wäre ... Wer soll ich mit 🤔🤔 sprechen?? 🤔🤔

Die Lage war großartig, aber sicherlich nicht wert $300 für die Nacht. Die Boden sahen mit Laminatboden und Möbel erschien nett neu, aber alles andere war alt. Das Zimmer, das von Rauchen geräuchert war, Decken und Böden hatten überall Krüppel, die dünnensten und schlimmsten Handtücher. Das Hotel braucht eine große Renovierung im Allgemeinen. Wenn wir nicht letzte Minute ein Zimmer bekommen mussten, würde ich nicht mehr hier bleiben.

The young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
