The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Das Hotel ist fantastisch! Ich lese die Bewertungen zuerst , Angst , aber überall sauber, das Zimmer ist chic, sauber und geräumig, der Meerblick ist erstaunlich! Personal vor allem Lob, freundlich, lächelnd. Schönes Schwimmbad, Meer, Lebensmittel ist ziemlich wert. Pepsi und p.drinks sind nur in Bars, sie sind nicht frei verfügbar. Eiscreme von 13 bis 16. Insgesamt, fest fünf. Danke, der Rest war super!

Самые положительные впечатления об отеле. Всё сделано для удобства проживания. Комната небольшая, постель была удобной, подушки комфортные. Холодильник замечательно охлаждал, кондиционер достаточно мощный и расположен вдалеке от кровати. Есть набор гель, шампунь, кондиционер, а также жидкое мыло. Приятного запаха, волосы - шёлк. Ушные палочки. Удобные одноразовые тапочки. Еда свежая, чай и кофе в течении дня очень кстати. Местоположение-это то, куда все едут погулять из всяких других отелей. Сам двор милый, домашний. Море рядом, утром зеркало, купались каждое утро. Магазины сразу за углом, 101 и BIM. Спасибо. Очень рекомендую.

Das einzige Hotel, in dem ich meinen Urlaub wirklich genießen kann. Es gibt keinen Trubel. Es ist kompakt und bietet einfachen Zugang zu allem. Das Meer ist wunderbar, wenn man vom Pier aus hineingeht. Der Strand ist felsig. Der Pier ist jedoch zum Meer ausgerichtet, und der Pool liegt dahinter. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich würde es gerne wieder besuchen. Ich empfehle es Familien mit Kindern. Wer jedoch Unterhaltung, Musik und Abendveranstaltungen sucht, sollte hier nicht hingehen; es wird Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllen.

The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

Ehrlich gesagt, gibt es nichts hinzuzufügen, das Hotel ist einfach perfekt. Meine Frau und ich hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Der Service ist erstklassig und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Ignorieren Sie die negativen Bewertungen; das Hotel ist wirklich sehr, sehr schön.

Довольно приятный отель, больше формата бич-клаба. Всегда что-то происходит, всегда музыка, небольшие корпуса из 2-х этажей и собственный пирс-пляж. Классная зона с настольным теннисом. Питание неплохое - голодными не останетесь, все вкусно, но без каких-то изысков. Порадовал классный интернет, внезапно,было удобно работать. Из минусов: грязноватые номера, которые убирают формальным проходом мокрой тряпкой минуты за 2 (реально). А также фантастическая слышимость в номерах. Удавалось спать только в берушах, даже в те моменты, когда выключалась ”дискотека” (против которой даже беруши не помогали, вы буквально будете вибрировать под басы).

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Бронировали отель на 1 ночь, т.к.были проездом. Расположение супер, 3 минуты до моря, в самом центре, напротив кафешка, соседнее здание магазин SOK. Очень красивый дворик, стильный. Номера маленькие, но все так удобно расставлено и все есть. Утюг можно на ресепшене попросить. В номере чисто. Не жарко, кондиционером даже не пользовались, номера светлые, не давящие. Есть парковка, без нее конечно проблемно, т.к.центр, для нас было тоже важным моментом.

Das Holiday Inn Resort ist wirklich eines der Besten Hotels in Bodrum mit einer Vielzahl von Zimmer und Bungalows, es gibt auch die Möglichkeit nur mit Frühstück oder Allinclusiv zu buchen. Das Personal können mehr angargierter sein und auch mangelnde Fremdsprachen sind eins der Minus Punkte.
