Strandhotels in Korfu

Overall we had a great stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming — thank you for that. The hotel is located higher up the hill than we expected, so keep in mind that if you don’t rent a car, you’ll need to walk quite a bit up and down to get to the beach. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room was smaller than we expected, but clean enough. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, which was a big plus! There’s a small issue with the toilet — the flush tank takes a really long time to refill and it’s quite noisy. Also, there was no microwave, no salt/pepper/oil, and only one bread knife, so cooking was a bit limited. Just a very basic set of kitchenware. Wi-Fi in the room was pretty much unusable. The only place we could get any signal was near the balcony — and even there it wasn’t good enough for a video call. If you plan to work remotely like we did, either ask for a room with better connection or be prepared to work outside, where the internet was great. They provide two 1.5L bottles of water at check-in, but after that you’ll need to buy your own. A bottle costs €3. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on the food or variety. The pool was clean, which was nice!

My experience was good with MarBella. We have all-meal inclusive, 30-minute free play for non-motorized water sport. All the a-la-carte restaurants were fully booked for dinners, so you only had one choice of buffet. I think the receptionist should highlight free activities in the package for guest during check-in. Otherwise, it will be very easy to miss those activities, e.g. daily boat to old town as there is one trip per day and no activities on Sunday, if you stay during the weekend.

Hmm, wo zu beginnen! Ich wurde gebeten, zusätzliche für Aircon, die definitiv in das Zimmer enthalten war, zu zahlen und ich kann es beweisen. Auch das Hotel ist auf der Hauptstraße so laut!! Und keine Parkplätze überhaupt. Sehr sehr ungünstig, wenn Sie ein Auto haben. Die Parkplätze waren eine ernste Frage und die Lage war für den Fahren schrecklich, da der Zugang direkt auf einer Hauptstraße ohne Ort zum Halten ist.

Schöne Wahl : Wenn Sie einen der magischsten Sonnenaufgänge sehen möchten 🌅 und wie ✈️ Flugzeuge zum Flughafen Korfu kommen / normalerweise alle 20 Minuten Landebremse am Morgen. Sie haben Zugang zum Strand und fast geheimen Strand ….. Es war ein Nachbarhotel im Bau, ich habe keinen Lärm gehört

This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for convenience near the airport. It’s just a few minutes’ walk away, making it perfect for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. The 24-hour front desk was a big plus and made check-in very smooth, no matter what time you arrive. While it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main town, the walk is quite scenic and enjoyable. The beach is also just a 5–6 minute walk away, with a nice selection of seaside restaurants offering tasty food. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which makes it easy to pick up anything you need. If you’re interested in seeing planes take off and land from the famous seaside church viewpoint, it’s also very accessible—just a 5-minute walk to the 2A bus stop, and a quick 10-minute ride gets you there. The room was clean and tidy, with lovely flowers visible outside the window, which made the stay even more pleasant. Despite being close to the airport, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise at all once the windows were closed—either the rooms are well-insulated, or there weren’t many late-night flights (or maybe I’m just a deep sleeper!). Overall, I had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place near the airport without compromising on comfort or charm.

Location: Absolutely excellent! The hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Cleanliness: The room was reasonably clean, though there’s room for improvement in some areas, such as frequent cleanings. Service: The service was below expectations. Room was not cleaned once in 5 days. Facilities: Facilities left much to be desired, with basic amenities. Overall, the hotel’s location is its strongest point, but improvements are needed in service and facilities to provide a better guest experience.

Die Lage ist etwa 15-20, wenn Sie einen Taxi aus der Innenstadt von Korfu nehmen, und es gibt einen Busstopp direkt neben ihm, das ist für andere Orte gleichzeitig angemessen.
