"1) Reception could guide some information such as where to take dinner, breakfast. All keep quiet.
2) Paid $139 for a night. Breakfast is terrible. Only fish ball and hard boil eggs. Just 7:30 am No top up fried noodle and rice . Staff hide some food I think chicken wings. 😊
3) Room wall are dusty and no information provided to contact reception or others.
4) Towels were too old. Should replace. "

"Besichtigung von der Wohnung war gut. Nicht genug Werkzeuge. Nur Lippen und keine Forschen. Sofa und Einzelmatratzen gefärbt. Haartrockner gefunden in und unter dem Kaffeetisch nicht gereinigt. Wandsocket neben dem Sofa nicht arbeiten. Kommunikation mit dem Personal war gut!"

"The hotel is okay, here is what I feel
Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall
- The room is spacious
- Check in and check out is fast
- Staff is friendly
Disadvantage
-There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa
- Hotel is just facing opp Hospital
- Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon
- Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so"

"So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit."

"Wir haben drei Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht. Zimmer, Betten und Badezimmer sind sauber. Sogar die Handtücher riechen gut.
Vorschlag: Bitte stellen Sie in jedes Zimmer einen Stuhl.
Lage: Das Hotel liegt in einer dunklen Gegend und ist besonders nachts nicht sicher für Spaziergänge. Im Hotel selbst ist es jedoch sicher und angenehm.
Im Großen und Ganzen war alles super."

"Sehr gut! Sauber und schön. Ruhig und ruhig. Bucht 3 Zimmer. Die einzigen Probleme gefunden sind Bett sind wenig zu laut während der Drehung und eine der Toiletten Dusche Kopf braucht Ersatz (gebrochen) aufgrund früherer Quests schäden es wahrscheinlich. Frühstück ist ok. Service ist gut. Einlagen sind auch dann erforderlich, wenn sie vollständig bezahlt sind."

GGastnutzerGreat location in the heart of Harbour Bay downtown with many eateries and entertainment outlets. Just beside ferry terminal. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are friendly. Few downsides, no bathtub in room, many crows near swimming pool, run out of pool towels when requested and staff forgot to serve me coffee during breakfast (staff asked if I wanted coffee).

DDinO AmanSad but true, i was denied checking into the hotel even after receiving the confirmation.
In addition, the establishment took quite a while in resolving my status and did not extend further communication.
I had to outsource for another establishment for my stay.
However, TRIP.com's staff did an initiative communication with me and pretty much enlighten the bad experience i had with the hotel's establishment. I thank them for being responsive.
In conclusion, no more ”Zest” for my next accommodation list to facilitate my stay within the vicinity.

GGastnutzer1) Personal konnte ein Zimmer auf meiner speziellen Anfrage anlegen. Ich war damit zufrieden.
2) Zimmer-Air-con dauerte einige Zeit, bis es sich nach dem Schalter nur kühlt.
3) Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Bad Dusche & genießen mit dem Wasserfluss und dem Druck, der von der Regenschlafbar in der Badezimmer gesetzt wird.

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.

Its was really awesome,you guys a rock..but th only thing is bath room got so many flys maybe be you the drainage full of hair and not really clean properly that why attract the small2 fly,and during my visit the water heater not working,so shower under the cold rain shower 🥶room really comfy and spacious,love it🫶🏻

SShuQinDas Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie gaben uns ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, obwohl wir nur ein normales Zimmer gebucht hatten.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt und einige der Einrichtungen sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Aber insgesamt ist es für diesen Preis immer noch gut.
Die Lage ist auch gut. Wenn man direkt rausgeht, findet man zahlreiche Restaurants.

BBintang StarVery unique hotel with gorgeous lobby and big and clean swimming pool. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly too. Close to Pacific food Court and octopus spa. Hotel also provide free shuttle bus service to major malls in batam, which is an unexpected plus point.

MMr&Mrs H1st of all... its our 1st time staying at this hotel. I came slightly early (1pm++) but there us no queue.& check ins was fast n smooth. Was given 2 keycards for room. Nice deco made for our room for our event.there was also a welcome drinks but they suggest having it at their rooftop lounge. It had a wonderful view of the whole harbour bay n yes windy too. Thank u Mr Akhbar to let us dining in for dinner at the rooftop lounge. We had our romantic dinner 4 course dinner package too at rooftop too. Thank u Mr Ficky for the effort, wonderful service n the drinks recommendations. All staffs are always smiling n very attentives. We both had zero issues so far. Breakfast menu was simple but menu changes everyday. Room services is 24hrs. It is very near to harbour bay ferry terminal ( abt 5-7mins walk), alot of convenience store nearby, bakery shop, chicken rice shop, durian shop, bridal photography shops..had a simple nasi padang stall,seafood restaurant n even steak restaurant nearby..easy to travel around using gojek too. DDewiThank You to all the staff the service was nice..I have a good expereience for my first time visit Batam Indonesia. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.
