This hotel falls under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, embracing a boutique hotel approach. The entire establishment dates back to 1739, boasting a historic exterior. It’s conveniently situated just about 3 minutes’ walk from the Roman Baths and across from Sally Lunn’s. With my Marriott Platinum Card, even with a third-party reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a larger ground floor room facing the street after matching our account, but it’s not advisable due to potential noise. They also offered complimentary à la carte breakfast. Breakfast slots had to be reserved during check-in, and we chose a table at 10 AM. The breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant had a charming and lovely atmosphere. The experience was excellent (the best things are free!). Unfortunately, I don’t have space for more photos, but I’ll post one of the restaurant later. The room was quite small, designed in a modern British style, with a movie-themed decor according to the posters on the wall. All the amenities were provided, with local brand toiletries available for purchase at the front desk for £25 for two bottles. They were decent, but nothing extraordinary to consider bringing back home. The minibar had coffee, various teas, semi-skimmed milk packets, and biscuits. The bottled still water was in an aesthetically pleasing canned form. 🌟 There’s an Elemis sleep kit on the bedside: temple balm/sleep mist/eye cream, placed over a hotel postcard, looking quite exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. ❌ However, there were a few drawbacks to this place… a bit unnerving… I’m not sure if I just had bad luck. The hotel corridors were somewhat confusing, and I accidentally opened the wrong room door once using my own room card. Strangely, the next day around ten o’clock, while I was in the bathroom and my son was on the bed, despite securing the latch on our door, someone managed to open it slightly, presumably seeing my son on the bed, and then closed the door. Perhaps it was a housekeeping staff member wanting to clean the room? Regardless, it felt quite odd… a little unsettling, to be honest

The hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located as it is private but only 10-15 minutes from Bath City Centre. The grounds are fantastic but unfortunately the other reviews are true in the sense the Spa needs a renovation as I find it likely the pool tiles have been the same since reopening in 2007 and you can see it. Nevertheless if You can get a deal it is worth it!

Es war eine luxuriöse kurze Wochenende-Getaways, bevor meine Arbeit beginnt, da mein Partner nicht lange Urlaub nehmen kann. Das Deluxe Doppelzimmer ist eine enorme Enttäuschung.Unterstabil, es ist eine sehr preiswerte Lage und andere Gäste zahlt wahrscheinlich viel mehr. Jedoch würde ich nicht denken, über 300 £ zu bezahlen, um ein Zimmer zu bekommen, das sich wie ein alter Dienstmann Zimmer fühlt. Das Dachverlängerungszimmer mit der größten Blockade der Aussicht ist der Boden das typische alte Holzkrackgeräusch, wie wir gehen. Der Garten, Teppich und das Badezimmer sind nicht in der besten Zustand. Das Glas oben auf dem Tisch und dem Tisch ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Eine andere Sache ist, dass ohne vorheriges Bedenken, das Spa geschlossen Feen Wartung am Morgen verlassen wir. Die Fälschungspflanzen machen es weniger luxuriös als seine Marke. Die Seite ist auch eine Art von inklusive, die den Spa-Pool, Fitnessraum und Frühstück enthalten. Location of the hotel is superb, with walking distance of 10 minutes to the city centre near Romans bath. General atmosphere of the hotel is good. Room is comfy and nicely decorated. However, when we first got into the room, I noticed there was a used bath towel (probably left by the previous guest) left hanging inside the bathroom which is not so good…..😊 Otherwise it is good and I highly recommend it to everyone seeking a decent good hotel near city centre.

Das Hotel war wunderbar Personal sehr freundlich Ich mag die Tatsache, dass die Bar die ganze Nacht offen war etwas enttäuscht war mit Frühstück ich nicht gefällt ein Buffet Frühstück aber hätte eine Auswahl von Eiern ( nicht keen auf geschrotet Eier ) sonst alles war gut

Wir blieben in einem Dreibettzimmer und waren mit Komfort und Sauberkeit zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich - 2 von uns hatten das ganze Englisch und 1 hatten Avocado, Rauchen Lachs und Eier auf Toast. Es gab auch eine Auswahl an frischem Obst, Joghurt, Saft, Gewürze, Kaffee und Tee. Alles lecker. Die Lage ist wunderschön, sehr zentral.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und der Aufenthalt ist komfortabel. Gute Hardware-Ausstattung, große Zimmer, gute Lage, fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom kreisförmigen Platz der Hauptattraktion und dem Halbmondgebäude entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich.

Erstens sind Hotels sehr schwer zu finden. Apples eigene Navigation ist falsch. Zweitens ist das Badezimmer im Laden extrem klein und es gibt nachts immer noch Wassergeräusche im Abwasserkanal. Es besteht das Problem, dass im Raum Nr. 3, der zu spät gemeldet wurde und nicht von selbst gelöst werden kann, kein heißes Wasser zugeführt werden kann. Schließlich ist der Parkplatz klein. Obwohl die Parkplätze in Bath sehr klein sind, ist dies das einzige Hotel in Großbritannien, das mir 15 Pfund pro Nacht berechnet hat. Ernsthaft nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich möchte dem Personal für alles danken, was sie für mich und meine Frau getan haben, nachdem ich einen schrecklichen Fehler gemacht, der ist, um schämend zu gehen in ... Alles, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass sie buchstäblich sicher gemacht, dass ich nicht ablassen und die Zeit durch die Überschreitung und über alles, was sie tun mussten, um meinen Aufenthalt schön zu machen nach meinem Fehler ......Das Essen war wunderschön und auch alles war wie es in den Bildern war, wenn nicht besser etwas für sich selbst zu sehen, sollte man vorwärts gehen und einen Aufenthalt ....... buchen
