I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The receptions were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options I enjoyed the hotel’s historical building.The location is convenient for exploring the city, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Service was very good and the location of the hotel was very convenient. We were greeted by Rajeev who was really helpful and accommodative. He and his colleague went out of their way to assist us and made sure we were looked after. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Bath.

I so wanted to love this hotel. Sadly I got basement room with a window out to a moldy stained area below the pavement. I've never wanted to leave a room so much when I woke up in the morning. When I first arrived I was overwhelmed by perfumed cleaning products that never went away. Ultimately I think it was masking some damp or other smell and I began to worry that I migth not be good for my health. The staff were lovely

入住傳統家庭房，兩間卧室（大床房，和標間），一個衞生間，living room，一家四口沒有問題。由於是頂層，層高不高。 早餐對三個180以上的男士不夠，每次都點需要額外付費的。但在退房時居然免單了，額外的驚喜。 設施舊了，但勝在乾淨。

酒店外觀和地理位置不錯，但是，內部非常糟糕，房間佈局就像迷宮一樣，要上樓，下樓，拐無數彎，沒有電梯直達，要手拎箱子上下，好不容易找到房間，開門一股味道，沒有空調風扇，甚至沒有窗户通風，面積非常小，箱子不能平鋪打開，衞生不行，連住居然沒有人打掃，總之感覺非常差，我的朋友也給了最差評價，非常不推薦入住。

Pleasing music, beautiful lighting and wonderful setting of room. Staff are so sweet and patient as well. The food was great and provided choices for vegan. 音樂優美，燈光柔和，房間佈置令人舒適。工作人員很貼心也很耐心。食物非常美味，充分考慮素的主義者。

Ein wunderschönes, kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage. Der Bahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Rezeption erhielten wir eine kleine Karte, auf der die Sehenswürdigkeiten eingetragen waren. Restaurant Tips fanden sich in einer kleinen Infomappe auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten einen Classic Room. Sehr geräumig, liebevoll gestaltet mit angenehmer Beleuchtung, ausreichend Stauraum und auch Platz, das Gepäck diskret in einer Ecke zu platzieren, ohne das man darüber stolpert. Sessel, Zierkamin und Kronleuter ergaben eine schöne Atmosphäre. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Bad recht geräumig. Gutes à la carte Frühstück. Der Café war in Ordnung. Netter Service. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

I cannot fault this hotel at all. My mum and I went on a Wowcher deal. It came with a double bed but the hotel was more than happy to change this to a traditional twin room. The traditional twin room was huge! and came with a beautiful fire place, table and chairs and it felt more like being in an apartment than a hotel room with gorgeous high ceilings and chandelier. The reception staff were some of the most friendliest I've ever met and had no problem storing our luggage and opening closing the door for you to come and go. The breakfast was delicious again the staff were very attentive and would swap various food items if you required. My mum was given extra bacon in place of mushrooms and tomato. The service is quick. Our voucher also entitled us to a free bottle of prosecco which were able to drink in their lovely bar area. I will definately be returning and have already recommended to friends and family. The location is great near to Putney bridge and the weir and the hotel is lovely and quiet. We were by the door but we didn't hear anyone.

A lovely hotel but not without it's problems. We arrived at reception for a lovely spa weekend, when receiving the key to our room, we were then told to go back outside and into another building further down the road, this is not ideal, when you'd like to use the bar on an evening and breakfast in the morning, having to wear a coat etc to walk down the road is less than perfect. However, the breakfast was lovely, staff attentive, and room clean - although very dated and the shower and bath very difficult and time consuming. All in all , in my opinion there are much less expensive and more practical places to stay.
