Besser als erwartet. Einzigartige Zimmerausstattung. Freundliches und gut ausgebildetes Personal. Ich würde nächstes Mal wieder mit Freunden oder Familie bleiben. Nur ein kleines Fliesen auf dem Bettblatt gefunden, aber es ist ok für mich.

The hotel location is convenient, and since it’s budget-friendly, it works out well. However, the Wi-Fi connection isn’t very strong. The breakfast service is worth more than the price paid. The security staff are also very helpful, and the hotel is close to shops. For couples, it’s even more suitable since the rooms only come with a couple bed. But if you’re going with a friend and want separate beds, it’s not very convenient.

I had a wonderful time at Hans Inn Hotel. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful scenery—the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and create such a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and well-kept, with comfortable rooms and all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and the overall experience pleasant. Its location also makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, yet it feels peaceful and quiet when you’re back at the hotel. If you’re looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay with great views, Hans Inn Hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely come back again!

Ausgezeichnete Lage mitten in der Stadt. Restaurants, 24-Stunden-Läden, Einkaufszentren und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Saubere Zimmer mit Pflegeprodukten und freundlichem Personal. Ein einfaches, lokales Frühstück ist inklusive. Kostenloses WLAN und LED-TV mit lokalen Sendern.

Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend um Nagoya Hills. Streetfood überall. Sauberes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Komfortables Zimmer mit guter WLAN-Konnektivität. Last but not least, ein taschenfreundliches Hotel.

The hotel location are convenient, walkable distance to Love Seafood Nagoya. But it’s abit old hotel and cleanliness can be improved. If it’s renovated, I don’t mind to pay more to stay at here again. Or else other hotel will be my next choice if I’ll visit Batam again.

Decent hotel at a good location in Nagoya Hills. The room is spacious, but we were give a smoking room which we did not like. The floor was a bit dirty as well, but overall cleanliness was fine. Beware of the traffic noise which can be quite loud as hotel is along the main road and where motorcycles park.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber leider außerhalb des Korridors gibt es zu viele Stapel von schmutzigem Gummi.

I think the other reviews on trip.com are not accurate. Hotel is not refurbished. Deco is nice in room and everywhere. But all are old, with stains, dust and even cobwebs. Toilet routings are blackish with wat looks like old stains. The worst part is the water pipings. I suspect their pipes are rusty, as water for shower n sink smells metallic and yellowish in color. The pillow n bolster all smells musty, feels really old. Good that studio room has pantry, big fridge and bath tub. The breakfast options are limited, taste is just normal.
