I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

Ich und meine Frau buchten endlich und hatten eine Chance, im Harmoni One Hotel zu bleiben. Es war ein besetzter und besetzter Ort vor dem Ausbruch covid-19. Hotelgebäude ist luxuriös, in der Nähe von Lottemart und Sundanese Warung. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit King-Size-Bett, Sofabett, Möbel, Minibar, Kaffee/Tee und Wasserkocher. Überraschend, ein Bad ...so hat das WC selbst fast die Hälfte der Größe des Schlafzimmers. Wir haben jedoch verstanden, dass dieses Hotel nicht neu ist, so alt Teppichgeräuche ist unvermeidlich. Internet war gut und stark. Zimmer hat Fernsehkanäle mit 40 lokalen und ausländischen Kanälen. Sie servierten das Frühstück durch das Ala-Carte-Menü für den Hauptkurs und Früchte, und lassen Brot/Toast, Saft, Kaffee/Tee-Stuhl für Selbstbedienung offen. Nasi goreng war gut und schmackvoll. Die Mitarbeiter auf der Pflicht und 1 High-Shool-Trainer sind vor Ort zur Verfügung, um zu helfen. Der Schwimmbad und Fitnesscenter im 6. Stock sind offen 9AM-6PM, aber wir haben es nicht versucht, weil dieser Platz nicht von einem Personal besucht scheint. Wir können gut schlafen im Zimmer. Danke für die Aufenthaltserfahrung in diesem Hotel und wünsche den Management und Personal, dass ihr Geist während dieser Probierungsbedingungen hoch bleibt. Gut gemacht Harmoni One Hotel !

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

Ich weiß nicht einmal, wie man ... insgesamt beginnt, das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Wir wussten, dass das Hotel alt war, so dass wir das Schlimmste erwarteten, aber stattdessen ein neu renoviertes Zimmer und das war schön. Aber die Renovierung fühlte sich unvollständig mit einer Reihe von Fragen / schlecht gemacht, und merkwürdige Dinge wie eine sehr rustige Dusche Seife Rack (weil es eindeutig neu renoviert ist, warum ist es rustig???). Die Ausstattung ist weise, es gibt einen Haartrockner, 2 Flaschen und komplimentäre Kaffee- und Teepakete. Nichts in der Minibar. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber der Safe wurde abgerissen und zu klein (wenn kann man das iPad-Niveau nicht halten). Es gibt nur eine Türverriegelung und keine zusätzliche Ketteverriegelung an der Tür. Ich meine, ich fühlte mich nicht unsicher, aber gleichzeitig wusste ich, es war nicht wirklich sicher. Das Wasser wurde für etwa 3 Minuten in der ersten Nacht etwas braun (wir vermuten Rust?) aber erschien nicht mehr nach. Drainage war ok, kann aber verbessert werden. Handtücher waren gefärbt und Bettwäsche nicht gefärbt. Es ist neben einer Schule, also warten Sie auf etwas Lärm, wenn Sie am Morgen auf Wochentagen bleiben. Es gab auch einen Luftfrischmacher im Zimmer, der jede Stunde (buchstäblich jede Stunde über die Nacht) ausging, aber ich bin ziemlich 100% sicher, dass es nichts in der Luftfrischmacher gab. Der seltsame Teil war außerhalb des Hotels - nicht das Hotel-Eigentum selbst, sondern die Straße, die es führte. Es schien völlig verlassen und könnte jederzeit zusammenbrechen. Insgesamt - würde nicht wieder bleiben, aber wenn keine andere Wahl, kann es tun. Bezahlt ca. 160 $ für 3 Nächte.
