This hotel is in serious need of renovation or, at the very least, a significant upgrade. Yes, the price is cheap, but affordability shouldn’t mean sacrificing basic quality and comfort.
If you have other options, I would recommend skipping this hotel—unless you’re okay with stuffy, smoky, and unpleasant-smelling rooms, outdated linens and curtains, dim lighting, and a bed that isn’t particularly inviting. The actual room also looks very different from the photos shown online, which was quite disappointing.
The one positive thing I can say is that the staff are genuinely helpful and accommodating.
I hope Trip.com can do a better job of screening and filtering hotels to ensure they meet at least the minimum standards for room cleanliness, amenities, and overall condition. Guests deserve to receive what is reasonably represented in the listing.
