When Trip.com moved its Asia office, numerous unethical prejudices were inflicted similar to other Asian tourism companies. Furthermore: compromised choice of room type, religious discrimination and availability of hotels. There’s less than ten hotels of 5km radius from port or harbour? Staying at this hotel was similar to many where privacy is violated of people entering the room, slander or insults received from hotel staff or guests while intrusion of sounds similar to political ideologies of groups. My NGO colleague informed that besides drinking water in hotel that could be poisoned similar to food: some guests could use radioactive waves to inflict pain and worse. Deception of hotel further include different address or numerous, number of people in hotel to devices triggering pain. These occurred at previous and proceeding hotel and in parts this hotel (view photo of devices to actual people and sanctioned of availability) This room seemed ok but lacked basic needs of hot water in toilet, safe air cooling while because of prejudices, hatred and regret to places are felt while walking to some parts, immediate “sweaty and palpitations felt”.

Room is clean and spacious. However, buffet breakfast wasn't very appealing. But overall, a good experience.

The room was decent but some of the amenities were old. The aircon took a long time to cool down the room. The toilet was functional but really gross. More importantly, the water heater works fine. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room. There’s not much shops around the area but the staff were helpful.

Best Hotel i ever stay, will book again when I visit batam the next time

Simple room, does it's job for it's price. Small mini Mart and massage shops nears the area(adult oriented). This is a budget stay , not recommended for family looking for resort type stay.

Swimming pool and gym was crowded. Toilets looks like they have not been washed and scrubbed for years.

Very near to the batam ferry terminal, just few minutes car ride to the hotel. Room is quite big but shower amenities can be improved . The shower room has limited shower equipment.

Overall we had great time during our stay in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and willing to go extra mile to help the guests Will come back for our next trip..😊 Keep up the good job! Thank you

Perfect. Superb cheap price with excellent staff service.

Reasonable rate and hotel room was clean. What really surprised us was the wide range of equipment they have in the gym. The hotel is also near to ferry terminal and easy to access. Overall a pleasant stay.

It's like a 5-star hotel, the hotel is quite private but the hotel is very clean, fragrant and beautiful, honest reviews from Malaysian tourists.

The buffet breakfast has enough variety. The food was delicious. The room was just nice for us. For the rate we were paying, I would give 4-1/2 star for services and facilities.
