Wunderschöne Landschaften, einzigartige Bauweise, beeindruckende Architektur. Doch als wir dort waren, waren wir vom Restaurant enttäuscht, da fast 90 % der Speisekarte nicht verfügbar waren. Das ist die schreckliche Wahrheit. Wir dachten, sie würden bald schließen. Sehr enttäuschend und ein wichtiger Grund, nicht wiederzukommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Archduchess Villa in Rancho Bernardo, Bataan, war einfach fantastisch. Die Villa war geräumig, wunderschön gestaltet und mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, darunter ein Alexa-gesteuertes System, das alles unglaublich komfortabel machte. Das Highlight war definitiv der private Whirlpool, der den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen bot, während man die ruhige Umgebung genoss. Die friedliche und abgeschiedene Atmosphäre von Rancho Bernardo machte es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort, und der außergewöhnliche Service des Personals verlieh unserem Erlebnis eine persönliche Note. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus Luxus und Ruhe und machte es zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub. Definitiv jeden Cent wert!

Classical Italy inspired over the top decorations, lovely pool, spa, functional gym, quiet room, great location to visit mt samat war museum and casas filipinas de azucar, the food at breakfast was soso but the service was excellent. A car is recommended to reach the property, but bus also arrives at peace tower.

Not impressed — poor customer service outweighs the good location For a professed "luxury mountain resort," Rancho Bernardo in Bataan did not meet expectations. I’m giving 2 stars — one for the location, and one for the spa (Arjay was accommodating and the massage was actually good, though pricey). Everything else was frustrating: 1. I confirmed via Viber that we could play pickleball. When we got there, they said it had to be before spa hours — so we scheduled it for 7am. The next morning, they suddenly said we couldn’t play because they needed to “set up the net.” We even brought our own gear. Totally inconvenient. 2. No à la carte menu for 2 days. They forced guests to get their expensive but limited buffet. No ketchup, either. Plus, they only served fish and veggies on buffet. The chef said they cannot accommodate the request for a bacon and hotdog. 3. The barista (Dominic) looked annoyed when we ordered. We asked about the pool wifi — he said only the IT team knows it. Are guests supposed to chase down IT now? 4. Can’t play basketball during spa hours because the court isn’t soundproof. Seriously? This place badly needs customer service training. If you’re paying for a "luxury" experience, you’ll be disappointed. Honestly, La Jolla is so much better. If you’re into bad service and being disappointed, then by all means, go.

Rancho Bernardo is absolutely spectacular! Amazing location, delicious food, wonderful staff. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Bataan area!

Such a magnificently lovely and peaceful hideaway, far from the madding crowd, Rancho Bernardo is the perfect place to be! Every glance of its fine artistry on walls, ceilings, roofings and its contours, and its surroundings, has remained vividly clear in my mind. 😍 And even if you wish to discover what is outside its walls, no worries 'cause it's just a shuttle service away! To the entire friendly and service-oriented staff of Rancho Bernardo, thank you for your warmth and care for our family! 💝 We will never forget such a wonderful experience! 👍🫶☀️😎🌈

As much as the place was amazing, the great service completed the whole experience. The staff were really accommodating and kind to my family especially to my father who is a PWD. The ambiance of the place was serene and relaxing. Definitely coming back!!

We did the sample renovation on the presidential suite. We occasionally ate at the uber-pricey restaurant serving mediocre foods. Nothing special with an occasional fly lingering about. No right cutlery. Very poor selection of food. Dangerous slippery rock flooring. We would normally see busted lights, dried-out plants starting from the parking to occasional day guests trash scattered in the parking with no one to pick-up. The sculptures are a very poor foam replica of european inspirations. And a fake Monalisa hangs in one of the villas. Overall, a waste of time and money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rancho Bernardo. All of the rooms and building structures are intricately designed like a Balinese casita. This resort has great potential once they finish all of the construction probably in one to two years? Special mention to Michael, Ogie and the rest of the staff who made our stay a memorable one.

Resort was still on development. Trevi type fountain still to open by 3rd quarter. Mini villas with own plunge pool still to be opened by the 4th quarter. For an expensive suite , the bathroom was quite small , doesn’t even have a bathtub. But the internet Tv , cool AC and terrace was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet quite simple for that “luxury “ tag. But the service was just fascinating. Their butlers do extreme service , such as Michael who went out of his way to look for available accommodation for my driver. And Vince who not only did a property tour for us but also showed his splendid photography skills by doing great photos. Being welcomed by GM Frencine and FD officer Faye was also factors making it a memorable experience. Will come back in the near future to try their ultra expensive villas which has a private pool , koi fish pond and of course Alexa the voice control machinery.

I recently had the opportunity to stay while visiting Bataan on business. The beauty of the resort and friendly staff made my week here unforgettable! Marc & Vincent were amazing at takikg care of us. The amminities were top notch! Highly recommend!
