"Facility is clean. Location is very convenient right off the highway. It is about 15 mins away from skill hills. There are restaurants and Tim Hortons nearby. Continental breakfast was included with our hotel package. There were muffins, mini croissants, cereal and coffee. Most of the staff were friendly. The only thing to note is the Pool temperature. The pool was quite cold."

"Found a cockroach ! I booked for 2 nights and in the middle of my stay found a little roach. I trapped it and packed up. The front desk only offered me a cancellation for the 2nd night. Didn’t seem that concerned or willing to refund my one night stay. “You found it today?” My answer was “doesn’t mean it wasn’t there yesterday , I just didn’t see it” I didn’t think it was asking a lot considering I had to rebook elsewhere where and give another deposit, dipping into our weekend spending. What if I couldn’t afford to? Was just super disappointed with the lack of care or help."
