Check in was odd, it was quite noisy with people in the seating areas, and the staff were busy, once it was our turn to check in we were left standing in front of the desk as the staff carried on their conversation, we realised they were busy but it was just awkward, an acknowledgement of us would have taken a second. Room was clean, main bed was really comfy, quite room, not to hot like some hotels. Went for breakfast at 8am and it was total chaos. The few staff that were there were working so hard but they couldnt keep up. The coffee machine ran out of milk, the teabags had run out, no bread and as soon as the cooked breakfast was filled up it went as people grabbed what they could after waiting so long. Such a shame as the food was really good once we managed to get some.
