Bio Suites Pacinotti

What a wonderful place to stay. From to moment we arrived, until the moment we left, we were made to feel so welcome at the Bio Suites Pacinotti. We travelled to Italy for the first time (family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens) and booked a 2 bed apartment for our 1 week stay. We booked directly through the hotel. When we checked-in we were given some maps and information about the local area. We were also advised of an app to download where we could get bus time information (Ticket Bus Verona). This was super helpful. We received a welcome drink and then we were shown to our apartment (this was approx 150 meters from the Gardenia Hotel). A lovely little area with a shared pool and plenty of sun loungers. This is the first holiday that we have been on where we did not have to wake up early to reserve a sunbed. The apartment itself was really clean, bright and modern. It was cleaned on a daily basis. We ate breakfast at the Prada Suites (€10 per person). These are the other block of apartments next to the Pacinotti Suites. Lots of lovely food and drinks to choose from. Eggs were cooked to order, we loved the scrambled eggs with ham, tomato and cheese. There was a fridge next to the apartments which had drinks (beers, prosecco, water, Coke, Fanta etc). You just needed to put a note of what you had and your room number onto the form next to the fridge. This was great, especially on the night that we arrived at the apartment. You could also scan a QR Code on the parasols next to the pool, where you could order snacks and drinks directly to you sun loungers. This was fab! The cheese and ham toasties were delicious and cost €3.50. There is a Eurospar supermarket near the apartment, around a 5 minute walk. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Bus stops are only a 5 minute walk away too. We got the bus to Verona, Gardaland and Monte Baldo. You can pay for the bus using a contactless bank card or cash. I could go on, there are so many positives about this place. We loved our stay so much! We have already decided that we will book to stay here again in the future. It was genuinely the perfect place to stay.

This was a family holiday which incorporated my son’s 16th. The accommodation and grounds were beautifully kept, everything was pristine. The three pools were kept immaculate, the fridges by the pools were stocked with water, beer, Prosecco, juices and cold glasses where you could help yourself and write down what you had taken. The staff could not do enough for you so friendly and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend a holiday here, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself and was left a lovely card and gift from the staff on his birthday.

5 out of 5 - what a fantastic hotel, room, staff and facilities. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, our room was very new with great facilities and a lake view. We had use of three pools and the pool areas were clean, sunny, relaxing and quiet. This really was an exceptional place to stay for our holiday. Thank you
