That was perfect choice for us - we spent 2 nights in this place and we didn’t even expect how cool it could be to stay in this kind of hotel. Highly recommended to stay here if you’re in Nikijin

We booked a 2-night stay at WoodPecker Nakijin to experience camper van living. Due to some delays at the airport, we arrived late and had to contact the hotel since they don’t offer 24-hour check-in. We didn’t get a reply, so our rental car staff kindly helped us call the hotel — although they didn’t speak English, they were helpful and guided us through self check-in via our rental car staff. The environment was well maintained, but the facilities inside the camper van were quite dated. We had to skip showering the first night as there was no hot water, though the issue was promptly fixed the next morning. The steps inside the camper van were quite high, and I tripped a few times during our stay. It rained heavily on our second night, and unfortunately, the noise from the rain hitting the roof made it difficult to sleep. On the plus side, the location was easy to find — there’s a large signboard right by the road, so you can’t miss it. The site offers free parking (you can park right next to your camper van), as well as a spa, sauna, swimming pool, and BBQ pit. There’s also a beautiful, private beach right behind the hotel with a great view. The hotel is close to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Nakijin Castle Ruins, and Bise Village. However, there isn’t a convenience store within walking distance — you’ll need to drive about 5 minutes to reach one.

It is easy find the place and very clean and quiet. Wifi is good and it is clean but the room is old. Overall is fine.

It was great experience except we were NOT allowed to cook in the camping car! Enjoyed sauna tho

Free parking, has spa and swimming pool, good for BBQ, no cooking in room, only has fridge and microwave oven, price is reasonable, staff are nice, good location, good experience

It is easy find the place and very clean and quiet. Wifi is good and it is clean

Wood Pecker Nakijin is a lovely place. The hotel rooms was converted from old train compartments which made them so special. It was like staying in a real trailer! Free SPA is provided that adds a plus to it. Moreover, the beach is just behind the hotel, it takes only few minutes to walk there. One thing I believe Wood Pecker Nakijin needs to improve is the water temperature for shower. It was unstable during my whole stay there. P.S. Nakijin Castle Ruins is so close to the hotel, it takes only about 10 minutes for driving and within 30 minutes walking distance from Wood Pecker Nakijin. If you stay in Nakijin Village, make sure you go there, It is worth seeing!

We had fun!

水壓很強，但是浴室很小，裝修已經有點年代感，一進門有一股特殊的味道，裝修維護的不太好。床板蠻硬的，有游泳池。

O local é bem bonito e do lado da praia. Tem piscina (só estava meio suja), sauna, um pequeno restaurante, estacionamento gratuito. Porém, o trailer que ficamos estava bem velho, enferrujado e com bastante cheiro de mofo. Foi difícil dormir com o cheiro.

五年前來過、這次第二次造訪入住7號車，室內空間蠻大的，但沙發有點發霉，真心建議可以換了～ 距離海生館蠻很近，走下樓梯就到海邊走走很是方便，但這次來剛好遇到大雨有點可惜不能到海邊散步～期待下次

很讚的地方，很適合家人朋友一起度假住宿

首先，沖繩北部實在太少公共交通，如果不是租車的朋友強烈不建議入住。我們就是大意了，沒有留意國際駕照到期，所以臨時才知道沒法租車，但酒店又不能改，硬着頭皮去，路程實在太辛苦，從那霸機場坐了三小時的大巴到了今歸仁城堡遺址，完全叫不到uber，幸好有人幫忙打電話叫taxi。對的，沖繩北部基本上無法叫uber。 作為露營車住宿，確實是一種很有趣的體驗，孩子們覺得很新鮮。露營車內的洗澡地方很窄很小，但他們有公共浴室加sauna，很不錯的，可惜不是24小時開放，要看準時間去。游泳池比較小，沙灘是漂亮但沒有救生人員，下水要自己小心。 早餐份量很小，不夠吃，咖啡很糟糕。最大問題是，餐廳沒有晚餐，應該說要吃晚餐只有BBQ，而且必須提前預定，還要自己動手燒，或者你可以自己在外面買東西回來租他們的BBQ爐，但我們第一天到逹時，就完完全全沒有吃的。由於我們沒有車，那一刻還挺無助的。後來google map上看到有一處走10分鐘左右能到的烤肉店，我們就過去了，小店非常難找，感覺是在森林裏的一間小屋，但客人還滿多，不評論好不好吃了，那一刻有吃的就很感恩。 不過，在郊區，晚上星星很多，很漂亮。去Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium和Motobu Genki Villiage都不遠。

房間比較舊，露營車不能煮食非常失望，只有一個微波爐、自駕的還好可以外出食飯、不然只能買埸地的BBQ餐、價錢貴！
