AAnonymer BenutzerDie Lage war perfekt, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu vielen Touristenattraktionen.
Der Innenraum war sehr sauber und die Annehmlichkeiten wurden täglich aufgefüllt.
Ich denke, es war ein wirklich schönes Hotel, abgesehen von der Tatsache, dass die Wände etwas dünn waren und ich laute Stimmen aus anderen Zimmern hören konnte.
Was mich überraschte, war, dass an der Decke so etwas wie ein Duftspray hing, was mir das starke Gefühl vermittelte, dass sie sehr auf Sauberkeit achten.

MMostefaiDas Hotel ist von Lage her perfekt, Strand in der Nähe, gut ausgestattet. Service war optimal. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht auswahlreichdas Essen hat aber geschmeckt. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool, das tgl. Gereinigt wurde. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und werde sicherlich noch mehrmals in dieses Hotel kommen.

GGuest UserDer Hotelpreis ist hoch, aber das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es ist wert, zu genießen.
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von vielen Busstationen, es ist auch sehr bequem, in alle Attraktionen zu gehen, ohne die Treppe zu nehmen.
Von Flughafen Barcelona, nach der Flughafen-Fastline zum Hauptbahnhof, wechseln Sie den Bus direkt zur Hoteltür und die Lage ist sehr ideal.
Das Zimmer ist reich an Klimaanlage, warmes Wasser ist stark und der Raum ist groß.

GGastnutzerA short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash.
Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM.
Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time.
4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros.
5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 p.m.
6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight.
8) A separate shelf in the refrigerator is designated for your room; in front of it, there is a number corresponding to your room number.
9) At the end of the stay, the tenant agrees to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
10) When leaving the apartment, always make sure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.
Additional Services:
- Cleaning during your stay: 10 euros per day (optional).
- Laundry service: 15 euros per wash (includes washing and drying).
- Luggage storage, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros before 6:00 pm, then 5 euros per hour, but no later than 8:00 pm, upon request.
- Crib: 10 euros per day, subject to availability.
- In air-conditioned rooms, use of the air conditioning is an additional service and costs 10 euros per day.

GGastnutzerWir wurden an der Rezeption freundlich empfangen. Als deutsche Touristen waren wir froh, englisch sprechendes Personal vorzufinden. Sie ist rund um die Uhr besetzt.
Die Größe des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Eine gewisse Hellhörigkeit müssen wir bestätigen, aber es war ertragbar. Dafür waren die Betten tadelos und sehr bequem.
Die Dusche hat nur einen Duschvorhang und keine feste Abtrennung, was zu Feuchtigkeit auf dem Fußboden führen kann. Die Stellung des Duschkopfes kann nicht verändert werden, was sich im Zusammenhang mit dem Duschvorhang negativ bemerkbar macht.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und in Ordnung. Es gab z. B. täglich ofenfrische Buagettes, die sehr lecker waren, sowie Kaffee, Tee und diverse Säfte.
Als kleinen Tip möchte ich die Busse V21 und 47 erwähnen, die in der Nähe abfahren und mit denen man schnell zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt kommt. Weitere Verbindungen sind zum Park Guell und dem Berg Tibitabo möglich. Wir empfanden die öffentlichen Busse wesentlich angenehmer als die Metro, weil man mehr von der Stadt sieht. Wir können das Hotel für eine mehrtägige Stadtbesichtigung nur empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.
