Altes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage und erstklassigem Service!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist von Geschäften und einigen berühmten Restaurants umgeben. Es ist sehr praktisch zum Essen und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist sehr höflich, geduldig, aufmerksam und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist sehr Retro. Unabhängig von der Anordnung der Einrichtungen und der unterstützenden Einrichtungen kann es sich um ein altes Hotel handeln. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, sehr antik und es gibt viele Farben. Das Bett aus den 1960er Jahren ist zu weich und man kann darin versinken. Es ist sehr hygienisch. Es ist ein sehr interessanter Aufenthalt. Aber nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal wählen.

Dies ist eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je gewesen bin. Die Lage ist großartig. Das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel. Der Service des Personals ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich habe keine Beschwerden. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist so, dass man gerne wiederkommen möchte, und die Sauberkeit aller Einrichtungen ist perfekt. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und wir hoffen, dass das Personal sich bemüht, uns beim Zimmerwechsel behilflich zu sein. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr gut und auch die Hotellobby ist wunderschön. Nur das Bett ist etwas hoch, aber das Bett ist sehr groß. Allerdings gibt es jeden Tag nur eine kleine Flasche Wasser und keine Zahnbürste. Aber insgesamt bin ich immer noch sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch, ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station und der Altstadt.

Room was very nice and spacious. Had a problem with the room next door smoking cigarettes and making the whole place smell. They changed our room straight away and offered free breakfast. Service was great from everyone

The place was great and location is also ideal. Just there quirks with an old place. There was a day my shower stop having cold water only having hot water. My acquaintance room was very warm despite having the windows open/blower on full. Otherwise the people were helpful and friendly. Would come back again.

it’s been nice staying here, working staff here is also nice, and great location, close to sight seeings and most importantly shops are bearby

I am not a person who ask more than its price on accommodations. But this one really makes me disappointing a lot! The location of the hotel is great, it is not prefect because it is hard for a car to drive nearby. The hotel is a little bit old and old fashioned, but it is still ok. But the service, which is really the worst I ever met in Spain in the whole months o stayed. 1, the hotel have repairs when I stayed, but it is ok for me, I just want to know the noise time. But the manager just said it is impossible in their hotel. Looks that she thought I want to take some advantage of the hotel? 2, I have two large luggage box with me, two Conceirge people, just there looked at me, and say bye-bye. 😅 There are many other hotels near the Garcia! I lived 5 there, and this one really make me sad!

I am from Singapore. Was very impressed with the location of the hotel. It has the old castle feel and the roof top pool n good view and the pretty spirals staircase of the hotel to the roof top . The only fault I can find was the bath towels were not very clean. Have feedback to the Mgt and saw the pretty and friendly Manager Ms Monica who is efficient and quick to settle the imperfect and make us have a Happy Stay again . I love the key . Snap shot of the beautify key and the beautiful spiral stairs for your view. Thumbs up for location, service and breakfast. Buffet breakfast reasonably nice . You can even see the Sagrada Familia at the roof top view . Missed out the night scene though. We were too tired shopping at night and forgot to take the night scene .

Everything was perfect, but it will be better if the attitude of the staff improve.
