1) Instalações antigas necessitando reforma/melhoria. 2) Quarto com cheiro de mofo e com a ducha higiênica do banheiro quebrada. 3) Quarto com baixo isolamento acústico. 4) Péssima relação custo/benefício Eu teria feito um melhor negócio se tivesse optado pelo Radisson Hotel Maiorana Belém. Além de ser mais barato as instalações são muito superiores

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. I stay here quite often. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Poor value for the price. Property is dated and depressing

Property, in some respects, quite limited and poorly maintained.

Was ok but would not book again. I booked a junior suite through the rewards program and was given a normal room.

Slow check in/out but easy, free valet parking and pretty good room, though a little aged. Good aircon and bed. Ineffective blackout curtains don’t accomplish anything - see photo.

The stuff was not very helpful, we had problems with the air condition! It took them 1 hour to decide what they can do! Never apologize for the problems! The pool was very small and not clean! Breakfast was good! All together it was not good for the price!

Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are decent size. All in all a nice hotel, especially compared with other hotels in Belem. One thing to mind is that the reception staff wasn´t very efficient and seemed to lack interest. The restaurant is too expensive for what it actually serves. Look elsewhere.

Hotel had almost all amenities of a good hotel, but there were not very good. For example: gym equipment were old and basically not much equipment for a decent workout. Air conditioner was off most of the time and when on did not really cool down exercise room. Also, room service was poor. Items used up not replenish (like soap, water, etc). Not a good selection of food at hotel and food service was average at best including menu. Hotel personnel, although polite, was not very knowledgeable to inform guests about restaurants, touristic activities in the area. Another thing is they charge for everything (even the water you drink at room). Lastly, everything took a long time. Even making line to check out of the hotel took a long time. Overall, average hotel. Hotel has potential to do better with better management.
