Wir hatten letzte Woche eine weitere Familienversammlung im Hotel Encanto. Die Zimmer waren sauber und aktualisiert, der Pool & Heiße Tub waren sauber und in guter Arbeitsordnung, die Betten waren himmlisch komfortable, und mein Hund wurde in ihrem Aufenthalt akzeptiert und unterstützt. Davon war jedoch die einzige Front-Desk-Person, die die vielen Zimmerrechnungs-Tangle, die wir erschaffen, reinigen konnte, und er tat das mit Gnade und Respekt. Meine Mutter hatte letzte Minute nach ihrer Idee von Lage und Präferenzen doppelt gebucht und um die Zimmer verändert, und das Zimmer war zu besonderen Preisen vorab genehmigt worden, so dass das andere Front Desk-Personal sie vollständig aufgemischt und überbezahlt hatte. Wir sind Davion für seinen hervorragenden Kundenservice sehr dankbar!

Wir haben hier eine Reihe von Zeiten geblieben und das Hotel ist immer sauber und gut gepflegt und das Personal ist freundlich und freundlich. Das war keine Ausnahme; wir waren froh über den Aufenthalt. Allerdings gab es immer zwei Mängel in unserer Erfahrung. Die Fernsehrezeption war immer schlecht und das Internet fehlgeschlagen. Dieses Mal war das Fernseh ausgezeichnet, aber das Internet nicht so gut. WiFi funktionierte, aber ich denke, es war aus irgendeinem Grund nicht mit meinem Laptop kompatibel, so dachte ich, ich würde das Ethernet-Kabel nutzen. Es war tot. Ich dachte also, ich würde zum Business Center gehen; die Maschinen da waren tot. Ich sprach mit dem Büro-Agenten und wurde gesagt, dass dies keine Überraschung war und die Anrufe von Hotelpersonal, um das zu korrigieren, waren in der Regel ineffektiv. Die Ethernet-Verbindung und das Business Center waren beide für unseren gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalt unten. Ironischerweise, als wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag ausrollen, bemerkte ich, dass eines der Computer im Business Center auf war. Ich war kein glücklicher Camper.

CCuriosity17811633621If you like an air conditioned room, avoid this hotel. Our room had not one, but two sensors (one above the door, one on the wall) which shut off the air conditioning when you leave the room. Which means, when you arrive, the room is an oven and you have to sit there if you want to cool it off. If you want to shop or go to dinner, you return to a hot room which will take a long time to cool off. Then comes the worst part. The air conditioner cycling on and off was the loudest I have ever heard in 40 years of travelling. Sounded like a diesel truck starting up outside the window every 10 minutes while it continually cycles on and off. But, you don't discover this until after midnight because you couldn't cool the room off unless you babysit the air conditioner. By the time the room cools off, it's too late to change rooms. All the front desk could say the next morning was, ”we could have gotten you another room.” Sure, if I could have discovered the issue in the normal amount of time. We got virtually no sleep and after a long trip ahead, it was the worst possible situation. And, it's a shame, since the hotel itself presents very nice.

VVillaDer Grund, warum wir dort geblieben waren, war für den Schleifen im Pool. Wir kamen dort und wurde gesagt, dass der Pool ganzes Wochenende geschlossen werden, weil einige Kinder die Vornacht ein Scheiß machen. Ich erläuterte dem Mitarbeiter, dass wir dort reserviert haben, um den Pool mit dem Schieberegler zu nutzen, und sie sagte ... tut mir leid, es ist geschlossen
Ich sah in der Poolzone und alles sah gut aus und fühlte es nicht ganz richtig, es für das ganze Wochenende zu schließen, wenn es ist, wenn Sie die meisten Menschen haben

PPioneer22437548641Mostly a good experience. Hotel has some issues, small things like missing a towel hook on the bathroom door. Drawer in bureau sticks. Showing its age. Needs a refresh. Try not to get a room with an even room number. Your room will face a busy road and you might have excess road noise. Hotel located close to Mesilla area and the downtown area (near the university). Breakfast is what one expects for a free breakfast.

Called this place from the garage to inquire about a room for the night, stated I have cats. Front desk clerk said no problem, did not ask me any questions about cats or mention any fees. Took an uber from garage to hotel only to be told they have a 2 pet limit....I have 3 cats. Turned into a complete fiasco with the ”owner” (who originally said she was in a meeting and unable to meet with me until I said I would wait in the lobby with my 3 cats for her to be available, she showed up dressed in a graphic t and jeans 10 minutes later...) first saying of course she would make an exception and was very sweet, pulled up the best western pet policy to show me. Then wanted to charge me $20 per cat. When I questioned this she suddenly said she decided she would stick to the 2 pet rule after all. Very sketch, even the second Uber driver said she was probably going to pocket the extra $40. I went to a different place who also charged per pet but was very clear and upfront about it and their policies. When I left the lobby I informed them that I did find another place who also charged per pet but would rather give them my business. Both the owner and the clerk CHEERED when I said this. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. And if I wasn't able to find another place would they have just left me and my ”adorable fur family” (according to the owner before she changed face) be out on the street? Also called corporate while I was in the lobby to be told that the owners do not need to follow the exact company guidelines and when I asked, so they can pick and choose policies and change their mind when it suits them? The CSR said ”unfortunately, yes”. Picture here of me and my cats sitting on the curb waiting for the Uber. Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt Mein Zimmer war sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das ist, was uns wieder zu besuchen kommen wird. Besonders die GM Jessica, die extrem hilfreich und wissensvoll war. Sie hat uns immer gegrüßt und mit unserem Aufenthalt verfolgt. Wir empfehlen sehr, an dieser Stelle zu bleiben. Wir hatten eine phänomenale Erfahrung, die für eine große Erinnerung gemacht wurde, die ein Leben lang dauern wird.

GGuest UserIch blieb in diesem Hotel für eine Nacht, als ich die Herren hinter dem Zähler angekommen war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Als ich in mein Zimmer kam, fand ich, dass mein Zimmer sehr sauber war und das Geräuschpegel im Halle war sehr niedrig. Ich schlief sehr gut. Am nächsten Morgen, als ich aufwachte, ging ich nach unten zum Frühstück das Essensbereich war super sauber und das Essen war gut. Eine andere Sache, die ich über dieses Hotel gefallen hatte, war, dass die Lage nahe meiner Arbeitsstelle war. Ich würde sicherlich hier wieder bleiben.
