Everyone here has been courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The restaurant food was well prepaired and tasty. The waitstaff were prompt and courteous. The hotel is clean and located close to the freeway, which made it easy to get to other sections of town.

It was great to stay at such a nicely kept up property with welcoming staff. All the little things are done right. Pool/spa, ice machines, room amenities, everything just worked and was in good order. Restaurant was good. One of the better HGI properties I've stayed in!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel absolut geliebt. Das Personal war erstaunlich und die Einrichtungen sind schön. Sie haben Shuttleservice zum und vom Flughafen während der Reise angeboten. Sie haben eine sehr niedrige Parkgebühr, solange Sie am Ende Ihrer Reise bleiben. Das Los ist eine schöne bedeckte Parkgarage. Wir hatten auch einen erstaunlichen Shuttlefahrer, der uns sogar eine kleine Tour von Bangor und einige berühmte Orte gegeben. Gehen Sie oben und darüber hinaus, Wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit, ein paar Pferde Training zu fangen. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. :-)

Ich besuchte Bangor auf einer Stephen King Nerdy-Reise und haltete vier Nächte im Bangor Grande und genossen meine Aufenthaltszeit. Nachdem ich vor der Ankunft in Bangor International den Hotelshuttle-Busdienst vergessen habe, habe ich einen schnellen Anruf gemacht und der Mann, der den Vordertisch am Abend (Michael?) war in zehn Minuten da. Ein großer Schrei auf dem Weg, hätte nicht mehr untergebracht und ein Kredit für das Hotel sein können. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und geräumig und die Lage war nur zehn Minuten Fahrt, um nach Bangor zu kommen - und zwei Minuten, wenn Sie die Stephen King Bustour machen. Wenn Sie ein Fan sind, verpassen Sie das nicht, es war großartig. Vier Nächte in Bangor waren wahrscheinlich eine zu viele, aber ich empfehle dieses Hotel an jemanden, der nach der Stadt geht.

GGuest UserSehr sauber Courtyard, aber ein bisschen ungünstig. Ein $30 Aufstieg preiswerte Uber Fahrt vom Zentrum am Penobscot River nur wenige Meilen entfernt. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben oder in der unmittelbaren Umgebung reisen würde ich empfehlen. Personal war freundlich und Frühstückssandwiche sind großartig!

Front desk staff was friendly, the hotel was well lit and clean, complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby at all hours plus coffee and tea amenities in your room. We booked a king suite and it was very nice. The room was clean and well stocked, bed was comfy, and shower was great - had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the shower in addition to standard complimentary soap bars.

One pillow case that appeared to have not been changed before we arrived is the only negative thing to mention about The Bangor Inn. This hotel was like an oasis in the desert of our travels! A great breakfast, and everything was clean and comfortable, including the CARPET, which is a big deal. I was actually comfortable walking barefoot, which I usually don't do in a hotel. The staff were VERY friendly, helpful, smiling and just professional! Where did you find these people? Bangor Inn will always be our first choice to stay in this area of Maine. Should definitely be rated closer to a 4 star hotel, not the 2 that is listed.

GGuest UserEhrlich gesagt der beste Kundenservice, den ich in einer langen Zeit erhalten habe, und ich bin aus Kanada... Ich reiste aus BGR und brauchte irgendwo, um mein Auto für 7 Tage zu verlassen. Ich versuchte zuerst Bangor Suites Airport Hotel. Absolut 0/10. Es wurde gesagt “ahhhh... Nein. Du hast das so lange verlassen, bis du nicht denken kannst. “ Was habe ich 100% getan, aber was war es für sie? Ich versuche dann Howard Johnson. Schnell, einfach und Super erschwinglich! Der Typ, der mit einem schwierigen Kunden umgeht, als ich ankam und er die Situation außergewöhnlich gut bearbeitete. Ich wusste, dass ich mich bequem gefühlt habe, mein Auto und die Schlüssel mit ihm zu verlassen. Er bot mir auch Saft oder Kaffee an, während ich auf meine Uber wartete, was extrem freundlich war. Ich endete meine Reise 3 Tage lang und es war kein Problem, mein Auto dort zu halten. Auch, mein Uber zum Flughafen und zurück war $ 9 jeden Weg! Ich werde sicher zurück sein!

It’s only fair to give it a four because of the price. It was quite reasonable in comparison with every place else in the area. Overall, I would consider it quite dated. It has seen better days, but it’s management is trying very earnestly and my check-in boarded on delightful. The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate. The room was well equipped, but far from luxurious. The bed head, lots of pillows, but wasn’t that comfortable, a little firm for me. They had plenty of hot water, even though they had those old style faucets that I do not like I made the best of it. At first glance, I thought there were leaves on the floor of the tub, but it was just where the coating had chipped away. Housekeeping did good a job as they possibly could with what they had to work with. Be careful the driveway had craters reminiscent of the surface of the moon. If you have a construction crew, you’ll have to put up for a few days a week. This would be the place to go.

EExcursion629790AVOID THIS DUMP LIKE THE PLAGUE! THIS HOTEL ROOM WAS ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL ROOMS WE'VE EVER HAD! BATHROOM ISSUES: 1. There was something that looked like dried diarrhea splatter on the front of the toilet that hadn't been cleaned up on the base of the toilet. 2. The liquid soap in the dispenser looked like it had been there forever and was partially congealed and looked disgusting. 3. The cheap folding door leading into the bathroom was broken in 4 places on the top, making it difficult for me to open and close. 4. The metal towel rack was so rusty I was glad I was up to date on my tetanus shot! BEDROOM ISSUES: 1. We reserved a King Size Bed Accessible Room on June 10, 2024 with our credit card. AFTER the cancellation date had gone by, staff notified us by email that our King Accessible Room had been given to someone else, and we now were assigned a 2 Queen Size Accessible Room. They were going to charge us for the stay if we cancelled, so we begrudgingly agreed to accept the room. 2. We got to the 2 Queen Beds Room, and as I had suspected, the room was too small, and I could not fit my wheelchair into the space between the two queen beds! The only option was for staff to push one of the beds against the wall to accommodate the wheelchair. This meant my husband had to get into the bed from my side and crawl across it. He had to sleep with his body up tight against the wall. It also meant that his CPAP hose had to be stretched from the nightstand across my side of the bed to reach him. 3. The hallway leading to the room had a raunchy odor. According to the staff, some of their ”long term guests” apparently are allowed to cook in their rooms and open their doors so the stench comes out to the hall and other rooms. I had to spray our own air freshener in the room 3 times to get rid of the stench from other guests cooking. 3. Something (maybe the springs?) inside one of the beds squeaked/creaked very loudly whenever someone sat on the side of the bed (and we're both average size people). 4. The wooden desk had a long piece broken off the front, and it was left just sitting on the side of the desk. No one had reattached it back on the desk, or even bothered removing the jagged piece of broken wood from the room. 5. The room clearly hadn't been dusted in ages, as you could see a layer of dust everywhere, especially on the lamps. 6. When I opened the nightstand drawer, it contained a bunch of old ketchup packets from a prior guest. Who knows how long they'd been in there! 7. The microwave had what looked like a burn mark on the inside of it. 8. Young children were running around in the hallway and screeching at the top of their lungs after 10:00 P.M. BREAKFAST ISSUES: 1. The breakfast was served from 7:00 - 10:00 A.M. The scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage were merely lukewarm at best when we arrived at 7:15 A.M. and we did not see any microwave in the dining room to heat everything up. STAFF ISSUES: 1. We were t
