AAnonymer BenutzerDas zufriedenstellendste One-Island-One-Hotel in Köln! Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, darunter Tischtennisplatten, Karaoke sowie verschiedene Schach- und Kartenspiele. Wenn Sie das Haus verlassen, können Sie schnorcheln und schwimmen gehen. Das Personal sowohl im oberen als auch im unteren westlichen Restaurant ist gastfreundlich und singend. Das Personal ist herzlich und höflich und freut sich sehr, Gäste zu bedienen. Es ist nur ein bisschen weit von der Stadt Köln entfernt und die Transportkosten mit dem Auto und dem Schiff sind nicht billig.

A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special.
One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical.
The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched.
What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals.
We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no.

YYuan KDas Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut, allerdings ist die Klimaanlage in Zimmern mit Badewanne zwar relativ neu, aber dennoch etwas laut. In älteren Zweibettzimmern, die nicht besonders gut sind, gibt es eine Fensterklimaanlage, die recht laut sein kann. Ich empfehle Ohrstöpsel mitzubringen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Wenn der Check-out länger als zwei Minuten dauert, ruft das Hotel an und erinnert einen daran. Das ist etwas unangenehm, da Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in der Regel eine Pufferzeit von 10-15 Minuten haben und die Gäste nicht direkt anrufen. Das war etwas unangenehm. Obwohl das Frühstück um 10:00 Uhr endet, konnte ich bis 10:30 Uhr essen und hatte noch etwas zu essen. Insgesamt eine 4,5.

The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

AAnonymer BenutzerHands up to this place. The room was nice, the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. They will tend to your concern and make you feel their hospitality. They also have free breakfast every morning and all of it are freshly made.
The room has fresh linens, cold AC, hot and cold showers. The only cons during our visit is that there’s no wifi due to aftermath of a recent typhoon but overall this is 10/10 hostel. I’ll stay with them once I go back soon

GGastnutzerWir hatten viele negative Bewertungen gelesen und waren etwas skeptisch, beschlossen aber, dem Hotel eine Chance zu geben. Unsere Erfahrung war ganz anders als in den negativen Bewertungen beschrieben.
Das Zimmer war sauber und frei von Ungeziefer. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei, es gab sogar einen Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss.
Wir bestellten Frühstück und Mittagessen im Voraus für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit, und alles war pünktlich fertig. Das Essen war gut und die Preise angemessen für diese Art von Unterkunft; die Gerichte kosteten in der Regel zwischen 300 und 400 PHP.
Das Personal war freundlich. Die Bootsfahrten verliefen problemlos.

Umgebung: Man kann sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr hoch ist. Es gibt einen Pier 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo ich auch einen DJI mitgebracht habe, um ihn aufzunehmen atemberaubende Landschaft.
Service: Die Servicemädchen sind sehr begeistert, insbesondere Frau Cystal, die Ihnen eine detaillierte Einführung in die Reiserouten gibt, die sie anbieten können, und es gibt auch private Reiserouten im Hotel. Sie können ein Boot chartern, um selbst aufs Meer hinauszufahren. Obwohl die Inselgebühr nicht inbegriffen ist, können Sie tun, was Sie wollen. Wenn Sie die Zutaten kaufen, kann Ihnen der kleine Bruder auf dem Boot beim Zubereiten des Mittagessens helfen.

With a private balcony overlooking the beach, I could enjoy the sound of the waves and the salty breeze without even leaving my space.

One of the highlights of my trip was the easy access to the beach. It was just a short stroll down a charming path, allowing me to spend my days sunbathing, swimming, and exploring.

GGastnutzerDas vom Resort gesponserte Transportunternehmen vom Flughafen zum Resort war SCHLECHT – buchen Sie den Flughafentransfer zum Resort, sobald Sie gelandet sind, und nicht bei einem vom Resort gesponserten Unternehmen. Es gibt ein Starbucks-Café auf dem Gelände, begrenzte Speisekarte. Das Personal trägt nicht dazu bei, den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Das Frühstück ist bestenfalls durchschnittlich – etwas langweilig und begrenzte Auswahl. Kein Speck, schlechter Wurstgeschmack, kein Käse oder Aufschnitt als Option wie in so vielen anderen Resorts/Hotels. Kaffee ist super einfach. Hauptgerichte sind begrenzt. Der Resort-Pool ist nichts Besonderes und langweilig. Das Pool-Bedienpersonal ist nicht freundlich. Die Essenspreise sind für die einfache Art des Essens überteuert. Die Pool-Stühle sind schön. Es gibt keine Resort-Aktivitäten, insbesondere nicht für kleine Kinder.
