EEla SalinasEs ist eine gute Lage, zufriedenstellende Einrichtungen, und das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Der Balkon und der Bergblick sind ein Plus. Das Personal ist untergebracht und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Negativ hier ist der Zimmerservice zu langsam.

GGastnutzerWe are an OFW family traveling with a child and senior parents, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The place is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids such as an indoor arcade, outdoor playground, and both a kiddie pool with play features and an adult pool. One of the highlights for us was the on-site farm—our baby especially enjoyed the horseback riding experience.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioning felt too cold and somewhat outdated, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The arcade area also lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for our child. The farm could use better maintenance, as there was a noticeable smell, and some of the activities like feeding and horseback riding felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. The horseback ride itself was limited to a few rounds in a small circle, which may feel repetitive for adults, though our child still enjoyed it.
We also noticed that the obstacle course was not well maintained, with some mosquitoes around the tire obstacles. The location is a bit tucked away within Tagaytay, and we found the roads somewhat confusing, which made it challenging to navigate at first. Additionally, dining options on-site were a bit pricey, so we opted to eat বাইরে at nearby bulalo restaurants, which were quite good.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the family-oriented amenities, but there are several areas where improvements could enhance the experience further.

NNoelle OrolfoI chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it?
Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea.
I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean.

Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich ein, wenn auch nicht weiter und liefern nur, was wir beispielsweise gebeten haben, den Kuchen zu holen, und sie haben keine Werkzeuge oder Überlegungen angestellt, wann immer wir es für den Geburtstag meines Partners verbrauchen würden,
Das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank, der vielleicht ein Bedarf sein könnte. Es gibt nur einen Pool.

but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Von der Ankunft aus fühlten wir uns unglaublich willkommen. Der Blick auf unseren Aufenthalt war die erstaunliche Aussicht auf den Talal Volcano aus unserem Zimmer. Jeden Morgen war es wirklich magisch, auf einen so atemberaubenden Blick zu wachen und einen besonderen Touch zu unserer Feier hinzuzufügen.
Wir waren auch froh, viele wilde Affen um das Gebäude zu treffen. Es war eine einzigartige und spannende Erfahrung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch erinnerelicher machte.
Das Frühstück in Villa Ibarra war fantastisch. Es gab eine Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen, und alles war frisch und gut vorbereitet. Es war der perfekte Weg, unseren Tag zu beginnen, und wir freuen uns auf ihn jeden Morgen.
Eines unserer Lieblingsmerkmale war der gemütliche Jacuzzi. Es war der ideale Ort, nach einem Tag der Erforschung zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Das warme Wasser und die ruhige Atmosphäre machten es einen perfekten Ort für eine gewisse Qualitätszeit zusammen.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Villa Ibarra außergewöhnlich. JJohn RexThe room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater.
But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues.
But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.

Pros: The place is clean. The Executive room feels a bit small but has most everything you need. Shower had great water pressure, AC and fridge worked well. Pool was a good size and you could do laps or lounge around. Amenities like KTV, gym and pool table were available. Food at the restaurant was great.
Cons: TV needs a quality upgrade and way better selection than just GMA channels. Front desk had a different record of my booking and gave me two rooms when I just booked one, and does not memorize their room offerings and amenities. No elevator for upper floors. Could also use some more soundproofing in the corridors.
