We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, which is new, has a very central location, is very clean, and has a very-well equipped gym. These features were greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. Despite booking for three guests, our room was only prepared for two, and even after requesting additional amenities, they were not fully provided. The in-room phone was also not working, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk.
Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—our room was not thoroughly cleaned after the first night, with some items left out of place and the trash not emptied.
Additionally, when ordering a breakfast box for an early checkout, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility in food choices, as we could only remove items rather than substitute them. A bit more understanding from the staff in handling such requests would have been appreciated.
Lastly, we noticed that some of the buffet food tasted stale, and one of our family members felt unwell afterward. We’re not sure if this was an isolated incident, but it was a bit concerning.

Das Einchecken dauerte etwas länger als ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sollte sein. Ich bin um 1 Uhr nach einem Übernachtflug angekommen und benötigt einen Ruhezustand. Das Zimmer war nicht bereit, so gut kann ich warten. Bis 3 Uhr war es noch nicht bereit... nur in das Zimmer um 4 Uhr schließlich. Der erste Eindruck ist zerstört.

Kids wanted pizza. The pepperoni was actually a peppercorn salami which the kids really didn’t like.. the pizza was also extremely cheese.. as in over the top cheese. Even the kids couldn’t finish all the cheese. The rooms are definitely not for a family of four. Our girls are small but you absolutely cannot maneuver around the room with bumping in to each other. And because we are a family, we have two suitcases, which have to go on the floor (very valuable real estate lost there). So we were constantly have to open and close and shuffle our suitcases to get our stuff. Other than that, the room did its job for two nights. It was clean and the staff were accommodating as they could be.

Die Barclay Suites befinden sich in einer sehr guten Lage, obwohl der Bereich derzeit unter Straßenbau vorne ist. Die Rezeption-Personal war sehr freundlich und auf unsere Anfragen und Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Das 2-Zimmer-Suite, 2-Zimmer-Suite war sehr bequem auf unseren Reisen zu haben. Es ist ein großes Angebot nicht viele der anderen Hotels haben. Die Reinigung war jedoch nicht bis zu par, da es mehrere verfärbte Möbel, Pilze-Fälle mit Abfällen, Schmutz und Staub in der ganzen Einheit gab. Einheit könnte eine sehr gute gründliche Reinigung verwenden, um sie zu standardisieren. Darüber hinaus sind die beiden in einem Waschtrockner nicht sehr gut. Machen unsere Weiße grau und nicht richtig trocknen. Die Zyklen sind Stunden, etwa 4 Stunden länger, so dass es nicht wirklich effizient oder überhaupt nutzbar.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Es lohnt sich, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu buchen, es wird an nebligen Tagen wie ein Landschaftsgemälde aussehen. Es gibt viele Fernsehkanäle und viele Ladebuchsen . Mir gefällt das geschwungene Design des Bettes. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und in der Nähe. Es gibt viele köstliche Internet-Promi-Restaurants, die sehr zu empfehlen sind.

Das Zimmer ist noch sauber, aber die Küchenzubehör sind Mikrowellen, Backofen und Speisen einschließlich Pan & Steak, schlechte Wartung, nicht alle durften zu verwenden.
Während des Aufenthalts (5. Tag, 4. Nacht) gab es keine Hausaufbewahrung. Sie müssen in Trip.com Hotel reservieren, es sei denn, Trip.com hat keine Zimmer. Normalerweise nehmen Sie keine Reservierung vor. Ich schätze Trip.com wirklich. Jeder Anschluss ist sehr qualifiziert. Englisch kann zwar einige Worte sprechen, aber trotzdem ist die Auslandssprache und die Sprachgeschwindigkeit nicht schnell anpassen, so dass Sie bitten, Trip.com direkt zu helfen. GGastnutzerI booked the hotel on the spur of the moment after a delayed flight caused me to miss my connecting flight. The hotel was next to the airport which was ideal as I was flying out the next morning. Room was very clean and spacious. I had scrambled eggs on sourdough toast for breakfast which was delicious and a decent size. I would stay here again.

GGastnutzerI am very thankful got to stay at Airport Kiwi Motel as I left my bag on the yellow bus and reception gentleman helped me to track it back for me wothout missing anything. The room is spacious and cups and bowls with other kitchen items are very helpful and clean. just that i heard neighour room's noise like kids talking and adult snooring :D I will book again if i need to change flights in short days.

JJobiWir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Einrichtungen waren ausgezeichnet, bieten alles, was ich für eine komfortable und entspannende Erfahrung benötigt hatte. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, modern und unerwartet sauber. Das Personal war auch freundlich und aufmerksam, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt von der Ein- bis Ausreise zu gewährleisten. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die ein nettes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel suchen.
Es war wenig von Flughafen entfernt, aber es gibt einen gelben Bus, der Flughafen und Hotels alle spezifischen Intervalle verbindet.

My sister and I stayed there on 10th-11th July as I had made the reservation because of the hotels proximity to Auckland Airports and to Snap Rentals, a car hire company (very good) I have used before in NZ. We called the hotel reception and shortly afterwards they collected us (Exit door 9) in a minibus. Our transfer to our hotel took about 12 minutes. Check-in was quick, our room was very clean, en-suite, the beds were comfortable and we had a fridge and usual toiletry accessories. Food and beverages were still available (at 23.20hrs) from the bar.
We both slept well and the next morning, a transfer service was available back to the airport to very near the car hire business location, but the driver very kindly took me directly to Snap Rentals, and I returned to the hotel which has easily accessible ample free parking to collect my sister.
As the hotel had been so good, fantastic value and the staff had been so helpful, I decided to re-book for 15th-16th July for the night before our return flight to the UK. Once again, a great value price with the helpful service as on our previous visit. My sister ordered some food on this occasion - and it was very good and again, great value. Don't be put off by the remarkably keen prices, this is a great little hotel with more to offer than we had time to enjoy (swimming pool etc). I'd highly recommend it.

I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Auckland.

SshinebykamMy time at this hotel was amazing! The view from my room was so pretty, looking out at the water. The staff were really nice, and my room was super clean . Also , Being a tea lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of tea flavors available in the room which was complimentary . It was a delightful treat to explore the various options and indulge in my favorite beverage while taking in the beautiful views. Overall, my stay at was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I left feeling refreshed . I definitely suggest it to others!
