TTina KoehlertLage ist super, ganz nah am Airport. Laufen haben wir uns nicht getraut, aber den kostenlosen drop off Service genutzt.Essen war gut. Abends hatten wir einmal Buffet und einmal in der Bar a la carte. Pool auf dem Dach ebenfalls genutzt. Betten bequem, Bad gut, also alles in Ordnung, zu dem Preis unschlagbar.

GGastnutzerDas Saj Resort ist ein hervorragendes Hotel direkt neben dem Flughafen, wenn Sie zuerst den Kopf in die Essenz von Kerala dycken wollen.
Auch wenn es nicht so gut wie der Taj oder der Marriot ist, bietet es immer noch eine fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis, während es so schön gestaltet wird, dass Sie sich wie Sie in einem ruhigen Dorf und nicht in einem Resort fühlen.
Die Zimmer, die um den großen Pool herum sind so ruhig und nicht einmal während meines Aufenthalts war ich gestört von dem Flughafen, der direkt neben der Tür ist.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell und werden Ihnen in jeder Hinsicht helfen. Sie nehmen auch Vorschläge und Anfragen im Herzen.
Der hochwertige Tee, der jeden Abend von 4-5 angeboten wird, ist außergewöhnlich.
Insgesamt bin ich sehr glücklich, dass ich dort war und sicher zurück sein würde.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
