My stay at the hotel is great. Facilities were very nice and staffs were extra friendly.

Staffs service, Dining staffs, Receptionist Mam all are so well mannered. Hk staffs are too cleaning nicely. Security guards is too Good.overally service Best

I visited Vedanta to retrieve a lost watch of friend. I was bit concerned about how the staff would respond. To my surprise they were so cooperative and genuine.

I had booked through makemytrip website and only after dtaying at the hotel i realized that the hotel tariff was Rs 2000 less than I had paid. Felt cheated, called the mmt customer care multiple times but they cut my calls. My sincere advice please don't book via these agents they simply cheat you with extra amount for nothing.

From the moment I arrived, Arun and Aswathy made my stay truly special. Their kindness, humility, and constant smiles stood out—they went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome. Every time I passed them on my way to breakfast, they would stand up and greet me, which I found incredibly thoughtful. Their service, ***** with the hotel’s overall experience, made my stay feel more than just a four-star experience. I initially had some doubts about my choice, but I booked PGS Vedanta for its excellent amenities and prime location—medical shops, Pothys, and Lulu Mall were all easily accessible. Once I entered my room, I knew I had made the right decision. The space was huge, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a standalone shower—large enough to accommodate even three people at a time. Room service was impressively fast, with everything arriving within five minutes. Arun personally delivered my food twice, ensuring everything was perfect. Overall, the exceptional service, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast made this stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend PGS Vedanta for families, business travelers, or solo visitors exploring Kochi. With its perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and affordability, I would definitely return!

Hotel Ohs Vedanta in Kaloor offers a decent stay but doesn’t quite match a four-star experience. The breakfast spread and dinner are average, while the executive lounge is satisfactory. However, the staff’s service is commendable and adds to the overall experience.

The Barrel Bar Happy Hour. Totally unclear. I ordered drink before 7pm and then more after. Was charged full prices. All staff unhelpful. No one at any level accepted the confusion. All simply stood around and said they could not help even if the information was unclear. No service or assistance. Managers did not care. Asked for complaints book after reluctantly paying. A ridiculous form-filling exercise. Were only boxes for "excellent", "good", and "average". Nothing for "BAD". Pointless exercise if they do not accept negative feedback. All a waste of time. I cannot recommend anyone use these facilities.

Excellent is the word. I am staying here for last 8 years since I started by Lord Ayyappan's darshan at Sabarimala. Staying every year speaks volumes of PGS Vedanta. A home away from home. Aswathi, was superb at front desk. Extremely helpful. And icing on my stay was peacock on the roof outside my room window. Blissful. ll Swamiye Saranam Ayyappan ll
