MM46156****Das Hotel ist gehoben, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich – absolut top! 👍 Es gibt eine kostenlose Minibar, und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig! Im zweiten Stock des Einkaufszentrums gegenüber befindet sich ein gehobenes chinesisches Restaurant; das Essen hat mir hervorragend geschmeckt, und ich habe dort dreimal hintereinander gegessen. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Gegend bin.

SsherroahChanti Hotel by Tentrem ist berühmt für leckere Frühstück und verschiedene Optionen. Sie haben auch Pools und Fitnessraum. Lage ist großartig und nur 5 Minuten von Simpang Lima entfernt. Die Hotelverwaltung ist sehr zuverlässig, Tentrem ist der Name der Qualität.

GGastnutzerWe all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel.

RRezcoBooked here last minute and they delivered all of my request. Room is clean, bed sheet is fresh (that is very important), and the bed is hard and pleasant to sleep on. Had very good rest after long day meeting. However they could have got 5 stars if only they check their water flow of the shower. The water was very little and slow that was the only thing that i couldn’t enjoy.

Das Schwimmbad ist für Erwachsene ausreichend, für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet... Da das Wasser sehr kalt und windig ist...
Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl... Geschmacklich ist es ganz lecker...

AArierainblueI came during high season so maybe the cleaning staff wasn't very detailed (we found popcorn at floor and some stain at bed sheet). I complained and the staff handle it very well.
However this hotel located at strategic place so near from central city.
The hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very helpful for families with children (I brought a 1-year-old baby) if there are baby items that we forgot to bring from home. We can buy them at the mall.
Breakfast is complete but maybe if they have ”nasi tim” it will be perfect.
(In this case because my baby cant eat rice yet)

Das WiFi-Signal in meinem Zimmer war sehr gut, aber das Signal in meinem Freund Zimmer war sehr schlecht und es gab oft kein Signal. Mein Zimmer Duschegel und Shampoo sind normal, aber mein Freund Zimmer Duschegel und Shampoo sind mit Wasser verdünnt

GGastnutzerWe stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.
